This is my first time being pp and it hasn’t happened to me yet but I suffered with hair loss a few years ago and here’s what helped me.
I made an oil mix- 1/2 castor, 1/4 rosemary, 1/4 jojoba. Applied to my roots and left a minimum of an hour maximum of 4. Then when I washed my hair I would shampoo twice. Alberto balsam is a fave of mine as there is no rubbish in it and it’s cheap! I would massage my scalp thoroughly with a shampoo brush and then apply conditioner to the lengths. Brush well morning and night to stimulate scalp. Sleep with silky pillow cases or alternatively a silk bonnet. I also made a rosemary spray by boiling fresh rosemary in water and then sieving into a spray bottle. Apply to roots and massage once a week but you will smell like a roast dinner so I did this the night before I’d wash my hair. When tying your hair up try to reposition different every day to prevent snapping. I used to use those spiral bobbles too. When they stretch out put in hot water to -

Hey Yas, the reason of my pp hair loss was iron deficiency, the doctor prescribed Iron infusion at the clinic and I’m full of new hair and stopped falling 🙌🏽🙏🏽 . No secrete. Do an iron test , if deficient your GP can prescribe it.
I hope it helps.

Coping as a FTM

Hey ladies... I guess my question is how do you cope? I'm a first time mom to an almost 6 month old baby girl, and I feel like more often than not, I lose my marbles. I had one instance where I just screamed because she wouldn't settle and I was sleep deprived and everything was too much, I was home alone and she was next to me and my husband had just arrived home and he took her and I broke down. I couldn't believe what I had done.

Today was another hard day and I started crying while he settled her for sleeping and she looked at me and I swear there was worry in her eyes. She was sad cause I wasn't holding her anymore and that just made me cry more.

I'm bad with loud noises and I tend to get overstimulated easily and I don't want that to affect her, but I don't know what to do. Can anyone else relate? I don't have any mom friends and I feel like my mom and sister think I can't do this whole mom thing and I just want to feel like there's light on the other side.

Baby wide awake

Baby has woken up at 3:30am & is wide awake smiling & giggling like it’s 7am 🤦‍♀️ not sure what to do, do I just let him be awake for a bit in the low light? He has a 2 hour wake window so really hope it’s not a full wake 😭

Breastfeeding guilt :(

Hi ladies. Lately I’ve been in my head and feeling extremely down about my breastfeeding journey and how it ended at 5.5 m PP with my daughter. I’m 9 months PP now. I stopped due to mental health reasons but can’t help be feel as though I failed her tremendously. Even though she is thriving, happy and so healthy the guilt eats away at me. Does anyone have any tips on how I could overcome this? I cry a lot about it now😭
