Drink youghurt drink sweet if possible and gaviscon is also very helpful and also you can try chewing some fennel seeds these all remedy helps

It is tough. On my last month, I was just eating brown rice and cooked up deli meat because I couldn’t handle much else. If you are close to your due date, it is more of a “mechanical” issue (your stomach getting pushed upwards) and regular heartburn remedy’s may not help. Try sleeping propped up with some pillows, or sleep on the left side, don’t eat late and eat light for dinner.

I drink cold, fresh milk to help ease the heartburn before bed hope that might help you and take some gavascon

I can understand but these r what my gune suggested me I am entering my 6 th month but my friend is in8 th month coming to 9 th and she is also following the same try avoiding spicy food or anything too salty just blend and try being more on fruits and alkaline diet hope that help

Mint flavour gaviscon and eating little but often seems to be the only thing to work for me

What helped me was to change my eating timings to a consistent schedule. Every three hours with a snack in between.

Omeprazole is my best friend 😅

I’ve been taking Omeprazole 20mg once in the morning everyday and I’ve not struggling once since x
