Are you letting your LO sleep through the night yet?

We’ve been feeding at 11, 3 and 7 currently. We set an alarm for the 3am and feed him. I set an alarm for 7 and just wait until he wakes up which is anywhere between 6:30 and 8:30. At what point were they missing the middle feed?

How old is your LO? Mine still feeds at 11/1/3/5/7 😩

Depends on many things, are they back above birth weight, born at term, getting enough in the day for you to be happy to drop a feed, have enough wet and dirty nappies etc. you may find missing that feed means he wakes earlier than 6:30-8:30 but will re settle. My eldest was doing 7-8 hour stretches at 4 weeks. My twins I still wake after 4 hours for now. I will stop when advised as they were born before term and had low birth weights x

If baby is over birth weight I would not be setting alarms.. my little one today did 6 hours in between feeds and I’m okay with that he has 5oz usually every 4 hours so I know he’s getting more than enough x

Introducing formula after 6 months EBF

Looking for advice on how to introduce my 6 month old to formula after being exclusively breastfed. I want to continue breastfeeding when I can (combi feed) but I go back to work soon and won’t have time to express when there so worry I won’t be able to stock up enough for each day I’m in work. Baby has never had a problem drinking breast milk from the bottle in the few times I’ve left him with family but is outright refusing to drink formula (tried powder and ready made). Drank a few once day 1, day 2 drank half of that, day 3 onward wouldn’t drink it at all! Anyone who has managed to successfully introduce formula at a later stage, any advice would be appreciated.

Not enjoying parenthood

Anyone else not enjoying parenthood as much as they thought they would? My little girl is 13 weeks old and screams inconsolably every evening. It's so stressful and really taking its toll on me and my partner as it's been like this for weeks now. I just feel a bit trapped and I'm not enjoying being a Mum as much as I thought I would. It goes without saying that I love my little girl so much, I'm just finding this phase so difficult

How long before I can stand without pain?

10 days post-partum, still unable to stand for more than a few minutes without pain that radiates through my pelvis and demands I sit back down for it to stop.
Sitting is uncomfortable, I had a 2nd degree tear and stitches for a vaginal wall repair but the pain when standing is extreme, walking is fine it only is an issue if stood still.

It's really caught me off guard I thought recovery would be easier than this I can't even stand and wash some dishes without feeling close to tears and needing to stop and sit
