In my experience and I am sure other mums will have had different experiences but feeding to sleep was always my last feeds to go. I fed 2 babies to 3 years. For the last year of feeding I began to gently wean my babies first to 3 feeds a day (morning wake up, before nap and before bed) then to 2 feeds (wakeup feed and before bed) then finally 1 feed a day, we called it snuggly tata.
It helped to keep it as part of our bedtime routine for that added protection and comfort because as we know, our babies get more than hydration and nutrition from breastfeeding and the soothing comfort helped settle them down for bed plus our milk naturally adds more drowsy hormones at night. I will say though that your bub is probably in her 18 month sleep regression which is totally normal but can be a very tricky time even for the best sleepers. Big hugs mumma, you know your darling the best and I have full confidence that you'll know first whats going to work best for bubba
