Breastfeeding Oversupply advice

Does anyone have any tips for oversupply? We’re 14 weeks now and she’s been doing a longer sleep at night (6 hours) but by 4 hours in I am soaked through and in pain. Haven’t been pumping at night (just hand expressing for the pain) but thought this would have settled by now

Following. I’m experiencing similar. I was hoping it would adjust on its own in time but would like to know what others say

Same here. I’m also experiencing the ridiculous let down which makes my baby choke every single time still. I’m also having to feed him only in the reclined position but nothing really helps. I thought it all would have evened out by now 🙄

I am still like this too, I just wake up at 5/6am and pump as my little girl sleeps 8pm to 8am.

I am still also leaking from the other boob whilst feeding on the other 😵‍💫 and my let down is like setting off a fire hydrant in my babies mouth 🙈

Similar here and was unexpected because this is my third and I've been breastfeeding 8 years! Personally I've put some of it down to the fluctuating temperature with the heatwaves, babies will be feeding frequently during them and then it takes a while for our bodies to adapt. Mine is also sleeping well rn and I'm pretty uncomfortable.
Hand expressing in the night for relief or a little ice can help provide relief too.
I leaked a lot with my first in the night and found actually an open nappy in my top was the best solution to last the night when breast pads just weren't up to it 🤣

Sleeping on your back

Hi guys, I've been told so many different things about ways of sleeping. I try to sleep on my left but I always find I sleep on my back. Is this ok?

Postpartum Hair Loss

Anyone else experiencing postpartum hair loss around 3 months? I genuinely had no idea this was even a thing until it started happening to me! 😩 Any tips for helping with it? And does it actually all grow back? 🥲

17 month old not walking

My son has just turned 17 months and still isn’t walking, he can crawl, pull himself up on things & cruise along furniture. He’s also able to take a few steps if we play a game of back & fourth but gives up quite quickly.

I think he may be double jointed, I’ve spent far too long on Google & im really concerned / starting to not sleep because of it.

Has anyone had any positive outcomes?
I feel like I’m not doing enough etc 😩

Doing so much better

Just wanted to make a post to any other new mums out there who are fixated on your baby’s sleep.
For the first three months it was all I could focus on, making sure she got enough daytime sleep to help stretch out her nights / focused heavily on wake windows. I realised I became obsessive and it was making motherhood so rigid.
For the past few weeks I have thrown it all out the window and have trusted my instinct, stopped tracking on huckleberry and very loosely follow the clock but more so look at my baby’s cues.
Her sleep is still very much up and down but she has given me night stretches of 6 hours at times. The one significant improvement has been in myself and my enjoyment of motherhood. I actually feel free? 🤣
I know schedules work for some but ultimately wake windows are just an average and every baby is different.
I really would recommend to anyone who is struggling with this to just put everything down even for a few days and see if you notice a difference in yourself
I’m here if anyone wants to chat about the wormhole of sleep, the routine of searching everything on Google and the worry of everyday feeling like a battle of naps 💕
