When to have another baby?

I had a baby girl in May and she is amazing! I’ve always wanted two children and was wondering what the best age gaps are? However looking at her now I couldn’t imagine my attention being also on another child and already feel guilt for wanting another baby. I feel like this will change when she’s a little older and might even be asking for a little brother or sister by that point.
Is it wait till then until she understands more or have one in about 12 months so she would never know any different.
I think because she is so great it’s made me want another really bad but some people have said that the first one tricks you into having another and then the second child is a lot harder 🙈😩
Am I over thinking all of this because I know people have babts at all different stages in life but then main problem for me is the guilt I will for all the attention not being on my baby girl

I feel the same way. My mother had a gap or two-three years in-between generally. But everyone is different. Keeping in mind your health and the baby. What can you learn from the first pregnancy to support the second, and the level of support around you. I don't have enough checks in each box, so it's a no for me right now. I even asked my daughter if she wanted a sibling, she said no. Haha.

We decided on a 2 year age gap. First will never remember being an only child (other than the transition when baby first comes) and they're close enough to always play together. 0-2 I feel so much can change and there is so much to focus on that I wouldn't want to be pregnant or with a newborn in that time. By 2 their personality has formed and you know them a bit better.

From breast to bottle

Hello, has anyone had issues trying to get their breast fed baby to take a bottle? I went back to work and my 10wk old has been refusing the bottle for my partner. Any suggestions?

Poop Question

Sorry if this is tmi, but out of nowhere around 5 weeks my baby’s poop suddenly has mucus-y strings throughout and it isn’t getting better or worse just still there a week later. We’re going to the pediatrician tomorrow to have her take a look but I don’t think dairy is the culprit because I am mostly dairy free and he doesn’t have any other symptoms of a dairy allergy. I’m wondering if anyone has noticed that their letdown caused this? I have a really strong really fast letdown and I’m an oversupplier and think that could be what’s causing the issue?

From cosleeping to cot 13month old

Send help. I’m trying to get my EBF 13 month old to sleep in his cot, at least the first half of the night to start with.

If I transfer him and he doesn’t wake up it’s usually ok. But if he wakes up, he screams - like there’s no tomorrow! It’s so overwhelming. I end up just putting him back in the big bed with me if it’s too much.

Anyone in a similar position with any advice??

Opinions

Does anyone else feel less attracted or wanting to have less sex because of how useless they are as a partner/person/dad. Like the longer we’re together the more things piss me off about him and his actions.

Since vaccines are a topic today. You do realize u wouldn’t know if your child is in a class with unvaccinated kids right?!

These post are so funny to me because how we feel about vaccines and our kids being around unvaccinated vs vaccinated kids, doesn’t matter because schools aren’t going to disclose medical records for parents to even know what’s going on. We all want to protect our kids but if they are in school there’s no knowing who they are around…
