Plan B or no?

Please I know I’m a dumb ass so let me just say that. My husband included. I’m 6 weeks post partum, ok to have sex again. My husband and I proceeded to have sex last night for the first time again and he did not pull out. He didn’t mean to because immediately after he realized he messed up. In his defense, we have never pulled out BUT that’s also why we have to kids close in age. However, we are done having kids and I’m going to be tying my tubes. Yes he’s still a jack ass for that and so am I.

Point is man, should I take a plan B or what should I do? :(

Have you already started to ovulate? If you’re in your window of ovulation or on the last day, plan B doesn’t really work.
If you’re outside of that window and approaching, then I would say yes take it.

Plan B only works before ovulation. But you can still take it and then take a test to see if it worked. I'd say just wear condoms any sex without can make you pregnant whether they finish or not.

Yes I would. You don’t know when you’ll ovulate again so I’d take it. Aren’t breastfeeding as well? That’ll hopefully delay ovulation and period but you won’t know

Momma to momma! We completely downplayed the risk of unprotected during that super fertile window … and I don’t think I even got my regular periods back due to also trying birth control and it made my cycle very funky and then I stopped it and that also did not help so I can’t even say my real periods resumed and now here I am 3 months pregnant with a baby about to be 9months old🙃🥲. I’d say take a plan b because sometimes you just won’t know when your ovulation comes back unless you are religiousy taking ovulation test.

If youre not sure about your ovulation window, you can get tests. You can find them at the dollar store for a few bucks sometimes. They’re pretty accurate.

Doesn’t sound like an accident to me and I would personally be very upset. I would take the plan b, and not have unprotected sex with him until your tubes are tied. There are a lot of risks for you and a baby conceived at 6 weeks postpartum and I would not trust a man with that little self control with my health/safety or that of an unborn child. I hope this doesn’t seem harsh, but this is a form of abuse and I would not take it lightly. And I hope that you don’t either.

I mean that’s your opinion. I don’t see it that way but thanks for the advice Sidney!

He has been going to sleep at 8:30pm and sleeping through until 5:30/6am. Now he has started stirring at around 1:30am-4am. He will groan and grunt and then cry and wake himself up? Anyone gone through something similar and what did you do

Travelling

Has anyone got to Mexico with a 4-5 month old? We are staying at an all inclusive.

Specifically inquiring about how to sterilize bottles? Recommendations?

Any tips/tricks that you swear by when traveling?

Thanks! 🩵

Dilemma

Has anyone had it where their partner has said yes to a second baby and then suddenly changed their mind to say he categorically never wants a second? Really not sure how to navigate my feelings at the moment or what to do for the best 😔

Second baby or not

We both want a second child but I don't know how I will cope
I've found the first year with baby one hard and my mood has been low at times
It's felt so all consuming and exhausting looking after baby one
I see other parents with multiple kids and I think maybe I'm overthinking it

No proper words yet

My son just turned 13 months. He’s not really got any proper words. He understands EVERYTHING. He points claps etc. but mainly says ooooooohhhh or ooooooo to everything. I don’t doubt he’s autistic or anything but just worried why he’s not saying anything yet. Or should I be worried about autism? I’d love any mummies opinions on who’s been through this. They say boys are slower with words?
