My baby is soon to be 11 months and I have been struggling since he started solids at 6 months. Between my own meals and his meas I think I'm losing it. For myself If one day I didn't want to cook then I just open a can of tuna or order something but with a baby is different because they can't eat whatever like we do... I don't know how to manage to cook for both, I see a lot of nice recipes for babies but WTH has time to cook regular adult and those nice baby food at the same time? I try to cook my own food with no salt on it and feed my baby, he likes the chicken and vegetables soup I make for him and also bananas pancakes or any other like potato and brócoli, etc, but I'm not gon a feed him every day soup and pancakes... He doesn't like the flavour of the egg so it has to be in a mix of something else... Sometimes I give him chicken and rice, salmon and rice, some brócoli, plantain, avocado, etc, mostly of what I have for lunch myself, just no sugar or condiments. So I have been eating tasteless food (salt free, etc)
Anyways I wanna try batch cooking for both of us (the same meals) but don't know where to start. During the weekend I don't have time to go one or two hours in the kitchen, plus cooking is not my thing, I'm not fan of vegetables or meat form the supermarket either.
How can I make it easier?? Between cooking every day and washing the dishes plus taking care of my baby and cleaning the mess he leaves after each meal I feel I'm losing it.

Simple is always best!
We pick easy recipes that don’t require much prep time and do those on the weekends. We Freeze majority of it and leave out a week worth of meals so we can easily reheat.
Our go to is usually to boil chicken with sweet potatoes and shallots. We like to blend it up at the end and freeze in ice cube trays. Once they are frozen, we put it in a ziplock bag and for dinner all we do is pick out 3-4 cubes a day and heat it up. It usually lasts us up to a month 🙌🏼
We also steam all kinds of veggies and put it in a container for the week in the fridge and just reheat at meal times.

you could add the tuna to pasta for him and put some peas in. frozen veggies are easy :)
i made ravioli often for my little guy
