Group chat issues

I don’t understand why folks even create a group chat . Just to start problems. You can leave a group chat . Why go to extreme to text over leaving a stupid group chat . I’m trying to get stuff done , I was overstimulated at that moment. I was struggling so I left . Why cause problems. I can leave I don’t owe anyone an explanation. Whatever . Gym

Is it ok to carry on at the gym as I am? I weight train, I do leg day, pull day and push day each week. Usually do around 9-12 reps (until I start to struggle) I am 5+5 weeks
