Is it ok to carry on at the gym as I am? I weight train, I do leg day, pull day and push day each week. Usually do around 9-12 reps (until I start to struggle) I am 5+5 weeks

Honestly I kept getting mixed opinions. So I didn’t but I regret this. I went cold turkey once I found out I was pregnant and I wish I continued in the gym and just adjusted the further along I went. Movement is healthy, just don’t go over exerting yourself
Ego lifting etc

Yes carrying on your normal level of activity is really good! Listen to your body, take breaks if you need to or change up your workouts when it's getting a bit too much of a strain on your body.

Exercise is fine if it's your normal activity, ask midwife if you're unsure but obviously just teak breaks if you need to.

I continued lifting weights and doing reformer pilates throughout my pregnancy, at 24 weeks she was already head down and still is im 34 weeks now, ive had no back pain, no joint pain nothinggg i would say its because ive kept active yes its tiring as before i used to love preworkout and a kick but compared to my friends who dont workout n stay unactive i am having a much better pregnancy
