In job interviews, do you have to tell them you are being made redundant? Or can i still say i have 3 months notice period and i am working part time hours etc?

You can say whatever you want, but your new employer might find out and that’ll look not the best. If you want to make it sound a bit nicer, say you took voluntary redundancy.

Nah, in this jobmarket you say whatever to get the job. I've never had a job call any of my references. If they do, your old job can't say that they are ypu letting you go and why.
