I’m 9 months PP and I still hate the way I look. When will it end? I look at photos of myself and pick apart everything. Even photos of me and my son. I avoid mirrors. Tell me I’m not alone.

I don’t take photos at all. I work on my appearance but I still don’t like it.😅 You are not alone❤️

8 months pp here and SAME… I hate going out because that requires the world to see me and I feel so ugly even if I put makeup on I feel dumb like a clown and my clothes don’t fit so I live in baggy clothes ughhhh I keep telling myself ima work out and never do… but as much as I hate how I look I try to love myself because thanks to our bodies we have a beautiful baby to look after and they love us dearly so be gentle with yourself and remember Time will pass you’ll feel better again 🩷
For context, you have 2 children under 4 in nursery. They will be in nursery when you're working.
Would you rather work:
A) two long days, two short days
Or
B) five short days.
Long day is 10 hrs.
Short day is 6 hrs.

Has anyone got the hormone coil fitted and has found it's helped with their periods overall (mood, lessening the actual flow, fluctuations of hormones).
Thank you x

I just want to start with saying that this baby is more than wanted, after 2 previous losses, we're so excited to be so close to meeting our little one.
So my last day is tomorrow, and I suddenly feel really sad about it, and I can't figure out why.
I'm not sure if it's down to fearing the unknown, what's coming next as it's our first. I love my job so maybe I feel like I'm going to lose myself and not have that adult interaction anymore. I don't have any close friends personally so now I'm worried that I'll start to feel lonely even when baby is here during the day while my partner is at work.
Is it normal to feel both happy and sad about it?
