I also have driving anxiety. I stick to places I’m familiar with and I find routes that make me more comfortable (like going around high traffic areas even if it’s a bit longer of a drive) I have tried to beat my anxiety by exposure but unfortunately I think it’s something that can’t be cured for me. I’m pretty proud of the amount of driving I can do now though. I can’t do freeways or large cities 🤷🏼♀️ the more you do it the better it will get. Going with someone who is a confident driver while you’re getting used to it helps too.
I got induced on Tuesday 18th August via pessary then after 24 hours the midwives broke my waters at 5pm yesterday. After less than 7 hours of labour I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl this morning at 12:04am and weighs 7lb 12oz. I asked for an epidural but it failed and before I knew it I had to push and she was out in a few minutes. My fourth and last baby and I'm so blessed to have her 😍🥰

Hiya mums ! I am 31 weeks and I am wanting to know if before your water breaks you had any signs that it was about to happen- I know people say you definitely can’t confuse the feeling of when the water breaks as it’s supposed to feel like a pop in your belly but right before it happens do you feel anything? Pressure? Let me know 😁🫶🏼

I am booked in to have the coil fitted in 2 weeks, I have had it before and I feel like it was the most painful experience I have ever gone through and the idea of getting it again is filling me with anxiety! I have been offered a licodine injection or spray this time, and I have had two babies but they were both emergency c sections so I am assuming the whole 'its less painful if you have had a baby' thing won't count, so I was just hoping for some positive stories to help calm my nerves? 😬

Yesterday I started getting a small amount of brown discharge on my pantyliner, but my pee would be clear and clear in wiping. I had this a few times yesterday but not constantly. Today I’ve had a couple small amounts again, and then I had once on wiping - it was light brown and liquid, and I’ve had the odd stringy brown long bit within. I’ve not had anything else really on the Pantyliners, but now I’m feeling as though I might’ve lost the baby. I’d be around 5 weeks, nearly 6. I’m struggling so much and really worried. I am booking in at the EPU tomorrow late afternoon for a scan but it’s consuming me for the moment. Has anyone else had this experience in pregnancy?

Anyone else had their 12 week scan yet?
Found out I’m due 3rd March although baby was curled up so got told to be ready for end of Feb just in case haha!
How long does it take for screening bloods to come back?

I have a scan booked next week when I’ll be 6+4. We go on holiday for 2 weeks the following day and I wanted to see the heartbeat before we go for reassurance so I can hopefully feel happy and relaxed on holiday. However I’m aware we may not see one yet. With my son we saw one at that gestation but not sure if that was unusual or not? What are peoples experiences? I feel these early weeks are absolutely dragging this time and I’m so anxious 😫🤦🏼♀️
