Struggling with sleep

Does anyone co sleep and find their (Velcro) baby gets up eyes closed multiple times a night for you? I usually pick them up so it doesn’t turn into a full wake but so exhausting. Any been through this? What’s the solution? LO is a toddler now so it is hard.

My LO sleeps in his cot, but watching the recordings back each morning, there are always a few incidents of him sitting up for a few seconds, then he just flops over onto the other side where his head is now at the different end of the cot, and goes back to sleep 🤣

Yeah as time has gone on I’ve just given it a few minute to see if he’ll go back to sleep. Apparently it’s their brain doing growth spurts in their sleep my baby will break out in a full cry and a 30 secs later go to sleep. I’ll pick him up if I notice he’s awake awake

Sleep training?

I am waiting for my daughter to be 6 months to start a sleep training method. Currently, she only does naps on me and nights are divided into two where my husband keeps her until 10:30-11:30 (she sleeps on him) and then we co-sleep. I am not sleeping obviously since she eats often or wakes up because she wants comfort🙃.

Any advice? What did you do? What do you recommend?

She’s extremely attached to both of us and we tried the cry out method when she hit the 4month regression and it was HORRIBLE. I cried with her, she was way too young. She’s 5 months now and we’re going on a trip but as soon as we’re back, for my sanity we need to do something about it🥲.

exclusively breastfed baby learning to take bottle

hey everyone! i did a Keeping in Touch day today at work for the first time and left my little one with grandma, she was absolutely fine playing but when it came to nap time she cried so much because she usually feeds to sleep with me, around 4 months old she used to take a bottle no problem when I had my mum look after her but now she is refusing the bottle, I guess at 8 months she is obviously able to tell the difference and just doesn’t like it… Im just worried that she won’t nap properly when i go back to work fully because she won’t like feeding from the bottle.

Has anyone got any tips to teach baby to take the bottle too if they’re exclusively breast fed? Luckily today was just a half day so i ran to my mums to feed her and put her down 😀

Cut toddlers bangs or grow them out?

My little one is two years old. We put her hair up or clip it back so it's not in her eyes. I had bangs when I was little and so did my sisters, so my mom naturally asked if I was going to give my daughter them. My husband has also asked me if we're going to. I'm not sure about it. Obviously if she asks for bangs when she's older she can have them, maybe I just have bad memories of trying to grow out my bangs for a while lol and having them be crooked when my mom tried to cut them herself.
