How many naps is everyone’s babies taking each day at the moment? My boy is all over the place - some days he will take 4 and others 5 but should he not be getting closer to 3 naps a day at 5 1/2 months?

Mine normally takes 3/4 depends how long the naps are. Every baby is different x

Got a 5mo here and usually 3 naps a day, I aim for 1.5-2hr in the morning, then 30mins-1hr for the other two x

Either 2 long naps or 3 short naps.

Usually 3 - jealous of you 😂😂

We were having three solid naps, middle on of 2-2.5 hrs, bliss. This week, I’m lucky if I get 1.30 total- 5 months - late sleep regression or my new life 😭
Resorted to a sling nap like the newborn days!

We have 3 sometimes 4 if the naps are short. She tends to go down 2 hours after she wakes up (we don’t have set times - I don’t know when that starts to happen!). She tends to sleep longest in the first morning nap and everything else can be 30-45 mins!
My little one has started touching his downstairs every-time I change his nappy 🙈 he pulls it. Anyone else experiencing this?

I’m feeling some what down and think I’ve got postnatal depression. My 5 month old is just refusing to do anything but cry on me, not sleep or eat (he does have a clean nappy), and my partner pretty much treats me like I’m his maid and not his partner. I don’t feel at all happy with my life and I just feel stuck. I know I’m not being the best mother I can be but this has become my daily life now. I don’t know what to do. I really don’t want judgment but I’ve never felt so alone. I feel like the worst parent going.

Hello, I am a first time mum and was wondering when mums moved their babies out of the carrycot to the seat? My baby girl loves to look out and be nosey.

I feel like my supply isn’t enough for my baby. She’s feeding every hour and I assumed this was to increase my supply but it seems to not be working. I try to pump when I can but it’s hard to do it 8 - 12 times a day when she feeds about 15 times a day! I would literally get nothing else done. We’re having to feed her with formula more often to keep her settled and full, is there anything else I can do or am I seeing the end of breastfeeding 😕

My 10 month old is constantly flailing her arms. She also thrusts her arms out in a jerking movement and stiffens her body. She has started to shout with it like shes in discomfort. My GP and the hospital just say its excitement or frustration. We are concerned there are most neurological issues that are not being taken seriously. Its hard to capture it on video as as soon as I get my phone out she stops! I have a few videos that show it well though.
She has had an EEG which was normal. This has been going for months now though....
Any one else's little one do this??
