My sons dad and I can't agree on potty training rules.

My sons dad and his girlfriend wanna keep my son in underwear all the time instead of pull ups for potty training. Then when they took him to me to mcdonalds he had an accident in the play place playground. Then my sons dad and his girlfriend got mad at me for putting him in a pull up instead of underware. Then I i had to change his outfit for a 2nd time cause i had to wash his hair in the mcdonalds bathroom sink cause his hair got sticky. His dad said "he does not usually have accidents. He is potty trained" i told him "no he is still in the process of being potty trained. He just had an accident. He is not potty trained." The girlfriend also kept trying to override me and said "he has underwear" when i handed my sons dad a pull up for our son later. I think she wanted to embarass me on purpose. The dad also acted weird when they left. I offered him the rest of the pack of pull ups and he said no then his girlfriend gave me a mean look and then he changed his mind and said yes and took them. This is so weird to me.

a lot of parents at my work (a daycare), put their kids in a pull-up and underwear. or underwear during the day and add a pull-up during naps. you could try using one of those as a compromise.

Yeah agree with the above. We did underwear and a pull up over to encourage our son to not treat a pullup like a diaper. He was potty trained more easily for it.

A lot of people believe its easier to just do underwear while potty training. Because pull-ups still have a feel like they are still in diapers. I my self will actually use both underwear then put a pull up over top. to limit messes. But my son is 3 and not close to being potty trained yet.

Thoughts please?

So my boyfriend has told me today that his dad said he wants a "boys day out" meaning him, baby dad, and our 6 month old.
Now I wouldn't have a problem with it if he'd made more of an effort to see him, but he doesn't bother. He lives 10 minutes away and has seen his grandson 5 times since he's been born. 3 of those times we went to him. We keep inviting him round but he's always too busy. Most of the time when he tries to hold baby he cries so after trying to help soothe him from the sidelines for a couple of minutes I take him back.
I have only been away from my baby twice and he's been with his dad. Once was for a haircut and I was gone 2 hours and another for a few hours out with a girlfriend. Both times I was less than 15 minutes from home. Being away from him gives me anxiety, and FIL wants to take him to a zoo over an hour away. Should I suck it up and allow it?

I don’t think I want any more children

It really breaks my heart as I wanted 3 children but motherhood was not what I thought it would be.
My son is nearly 10 months old and he cries, all day, every day. He doesn’t do anything, babble, crawl, transition to sitting, or copy toys.
He is exhausting, I love the absolute bones off him and it his not his fault at all but he has made me not want any more children, I feel like I’m constantly drained, upset and worrying. I don’t even think I remember the last time I smiled. I see other mums with babies the same age and they are laughing, smiling, starting to crawl or even pull themselves to cruise and he just lays there, miserable, every single day. He was never the happiest newborn, but he’s getting worse with time and I dread having to go through this again with another child. It makes me really upset as maybe the next one will have an easier time being a baby, but I don’t know if I can risk it 😭💔

What to do?

He kept telling me 5 mins I told him no he said 2 minutes I said no ur gay what he told me
Got mad cz I didn’t wanna fuck.
My son woke up try to cuddle him and he is pushing his arm away he thought my leg was touching his leg he told me don’t touch me
Asked for his 40 bucks all rude I told him it’s in my book so he started getting almost all my books off the bookshelf until he found it
He turns on the big light to get ready for work that he wakes up my kid and brother
My kid was upset he turned on the light and asked his dad something I don’t remember what but he said shut up
He couldn’t find the hairbrush so he tells me u can’t look for it I don’t need to go to work
And he took off his location off
And he went to work

Toddler eating

If your toddler doesn’t eat enough in the day, do they wake up in the night hungry?

What do you do whilst getting ready?

This may sound like a selfish question but my little one has just started crawling, sitting herself up and pulling to stand all in 24hrs, she’d previously play in her next2me while I got myself ready and packed her bag ready for the day but that’s not safe anymore - I’m now at a loss of where she will be safe while I get stuff ready to go out!
