Stressed 😩

Pretty sure my babies 6 week growth spurt has started a week early, this weekend has really tested me 😭 I’ve had to order food every day because my son won’t let me put him down for 5 minutes to make even a quick meal 😭 He fights sleep as well and sometimes not even the breast settles him. He has been so unsettled the entire weekend I’m praying it gets better 😩😭

Sitting here at week 6 with baby feeding for the 7,349th time today (slight exaggeration but...). Takeaway ordered. Solidarity. We'll get there ❤️

We had exactly this just before 6 weeks but it only lasted about 3 days!! Hopefully the same for you 🤞🏻

So this is around the time of their first leap. They are learning a new skill and will go through a ‘fussy phase’ where they cry more, feed more and are just super clingy.

I use the wonder weeks app to track these leaps - and it was pretty spot on with my first. I am just about to enter this phase so will be with you on this!

In the same boat girl. My 5 week old had switched up on me 4 nights in a row 🙃 seems to sleep better in the afternoon also

5.5 week baby going through exactly the same thing these past 2 days. 2pm to 10pm is soooooooo difficult

Second daughter’s birthday cancelled 💔

I had a first costume party birthday theme for my daughters first birthday and it was at my boyfriend’s mother’s house and she cancelled it because she’s mad I’m pregnant again with our third! I been planning this party all year! Now I haven’t been to the city long and don’t know anybody to invite and I’m so heartbroken 😞💔

Period?

I’m combi feeding, about 80% breastfeeding and I started bleeding this weekend. Im 10 weeks PP and still have a healing episiotomy wound, so I was paranoid the blood was coming from there but it’s never bled before and it seems like a lot. Is it normal to start a period this soon with BF?

Fundal Height Measurement

I had my 28 week appointment on Friday I will be 29 weeks exactly tomorrow and my little lad's measurements were big he was measuring at 33cm I have a growth scan booked for the 17th but obviously I'm Impatient and I googled (ik worst thing to do) I know I don't have gestational diabetes as my test was normal so I'm confused as to what the reason is for him to be so big if it is accurate

I'm also "leaking" liquid (I put quotes over as I'm not sure if it is or not) idk if it's just normal discharge but I really don't want anything to be wrong, I also don't want to waste anyones time if it is just nothing and have been having a couple of Braxton hicks contractions which are rather sore when they do come but they are only once or twice and then they go away

Bleeding in early pregnancy

Apologies for TMI - I had an early scan at 5w6d due to some pain (has now gone). But the day after around 24hrs later I started bleeding. I'm not filling pads and it's only when I wipe that the tissue is covered in red blood.
Last night (day2) it eased off and was not pinkish then this morning there was nothing in my pad overnight but now when I go to the loo there's bright red when I wipe.

I've called EPU but due to the scan last week the earliest I can be seen is 2nd Sept unless it gets worse then I need to go a&e but even they they'll only check the cervix and not scan.
I'm not really getting any pains. I have aches now and again but that's normal for me due to long term back pain.

Anyone else going through or had this and baby is all ok? Just a scary couple of weeks ahead not knowing

Sex hurts

Recently, sex has been painful during penetration. Something is being tough at the top, and it doesn’t feel good. I’m thinking it might be related to the yeast infection I recently had, but I’m not sure.

It’s not about deep penetration or rough sex he can put it in slowly. If he touches that specific spot at the top, it’s super comfortable.

Just wondering if anybody else knows what I’m talking about or can relate to this.
