Period?
I’m combi feeding, about 80% breastfeeding and I started bleeding this weekend. Im 10 weeks PP and still have a healing episiotomy wound, so I was paranoid the blood was coming from there but it’s never bled before and it seems like a lot. Is it normal to start a period this soon with BF?

Yes. I got mine at 6 weeks then a gap until 9 months and I was ebf
Sadly I started periods again at 10 weeks pp and am ebf
Yeah I was EBF and had my first period 9 weeks PP. I only stopped my PP bleeding 2 days prior as well 🤣 they've been monthly since!

Kids in delivery room?
Im due in October, my 9 year old wants to be in the delivery room. I think it would be so special and of course I'd love her there. Im just curious on how to navigate, how to prep her, or if its even a good idea at all. My daughter's daddy passed in 2021, and the father of this baby unfortunately will not be making it to the birth, so it'll be my mom and best friend. And we shall see about my girl. Any advice, tips or words of encouragement are greatly appreciated 🤍

Labour signs
When did people go into labour after loosing their mucus plug?. Think I’ve been slowly loosing it for about a week now started off cream/ greenish and snotty like and today and yesterday I’ve lost what definitely looks like mucus plug with some bloody show in it I think, it’s been brown in colour and today more of a pink. I’m only 35+2 so stressed 😅😅

Early labour signs
I’m 38+2 and have been experiencing some cramping and quite intense contractions. The first time it happened was at 37+5, and I honestly thought I was going into labour, so I called triage. I was advised to take some paracetamol and monitor how things went on.
It happened again recently, but this time I didn’t call. The cramps and contractions were really intense and lasted for about two hours.
Just wondering if anyone else has/had experienced anything similar?

Fundal Height Measurement
I had my 28 week appointment on Friday I will be 29 weeks exactly tomorrow and my little lad's measurements were big he was measuring at 33cm I have a growth scan booked for the 17th but obviously I'm Impatient and I googled (ik worst thing to do) I know I don't have gestational diabetes as my test was normal so I'm confused as to what the reason is for him to be so big if it is accurate
I'm also "leaking" liquid (I put quotes over as I'm not sure if it is or not) idk if it's just normal discharge but I really don't want anything to be wrong, I also don't want to waste anyones time if it is just nothing and have been having a couple of Braxton hicks contractions which are rather sore when they do come but they are only once or twice and then they go away
