Im due in October, my 9 year old wants to be in the delivery room. I think it would be so special and of course I'd love her there. Im just curious on how to navigate, how to prep her, or if its even a good idea at all. My daughter's daddy passed in 2021, and the father of this baby unfortunately will not be making it to the birth, so it'll be my mom and best friend. And we shall see about my girl. Any advice, tips or words of encouragement are greatly appreciated š¤

Please check with your specific hospital to make sure this is allowed before making a decision. My hospital doesn't allow anyone under 18years old to be in the delivery room or the mother-baby rooms ā„ļø I was in the room when my cousin was born at about 11 and it was great birth control š
Hii everyone, Iām feeling really confused and a little worried, so I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar. My due date is 26th of this month.
Yesterday, I lost what I think was part of my mucus plug, and it was light brown. Today it was a little more and darker brownish. Iāve also been getting period-like cramps that come and go, but I have constant lower back pain that doesnāt seem to go away. My body feels very tired and achy, and if I walk more, the back pain gets worse.
Iām really confused about whether this could be the start of labour or just signs that my body is preparing. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms before labour started? How did you know it was actually labour? ā¤ļø

Baby is 4.5 months old - was rolling over from tummy to back but has now mastered back to tummy.
But he canāt seem to put the two rolls together, so whenever he rolls onto his tummy he gets really frustrated and starts crying. I move him onto his back and he immediately rolls again to his tummy š does anyone elseās baby do this? š

Was anyone super nervous about their 12 week scan? I had a scan when I was 6 weeks and 6 days at the window of the womb and saw a heart beat. But I feel very normal now after maybe 2 weeks non stop vomiting where I was on anti sickness medication from the GP. This is my first pregnancy and I really don't know want to expect.

Hello!
Just wondering, did anyone else experience bad tightening and pelvic pressure specifically at night times? When baby is active and Iām just laying in bed?
Iām 36wks tomorrow, have mentioned it to my midwife at the appointment today, she said it could be my pelvic girdle pain but it just feels a bit different to that..
