Did anyone have a planned c-section but still feel traumatised after? All I see is people saying how calm & relaxed they felt but I was absolutely terrified. I couldn’t eat for 2 weeks after birth due to shock! I just want to know if anyone else feels the same as it’s a lonely feeling.

I had a planned c-section and was okay until I walked myself to the operating room then I started panicking. I’m a labor and delivery nurse and when I have to be the OR for work I physically want to throw and cry. I think I have a little bit of trauma from that day even though nothing bad happened?

No. But babies do pick up on anxiety, so I'd really recommend speaking to your midwife, and getting some sort of counselling immediately. It wouldn't have been as scary as you believe, you were surrounded by medical staff and you were safe, you just need help believing that. You'll get there. Good luck 👍

So it was definitely more relaxed than my emergency however I was in so much more pain after my elected and it still wasn’t a nicest of experiences.

I think I’m traumatized too And I’m getting my third one done in 20 days so I just feel like C-sections period is traumatizing. This is why I don’t wanna have any more kids because just knowing you’re gonna be in so much pain afterwards it’s just horrible.
just doing a research piece , was your pregnancy any different whilst pregnant ?

I had a first costume party birthday theme for my daughters first birthday and it was at my boyfriend’s mother’s house and she cancelled it because she’s mad I’m pregnant again with our third! I been planning this party all year! Now I haven’t been to the city long and don’t know anybody to invite and I’m so heartbroken 😞💔

Recently, sex has been painful during penetration. Something is being tough at the top, and it doesn’t feel good. I’m thinking it might be related to the yeast infection I recently had, but I’m not sure.
It’s not about deep penetration or rough sex he can put it in slowly. If he touches that specific spot at the top, it’s super comfortable.
Just wondering if anybody else knows what I’m talking about or can relate to this.

Pretty sure my babies 6 week growth spurt has started a week early, this weekend has really tested me 😭 I’ve had to order food every day because my son won’t let me put him down for 5 minutes to make even a quick meal 😭 He fights sleep as well and sometimes not even the breast settles him. He has been so unsettled the entire weekend I’m praying it gets better 😩😭

Guyssss please help. And I know the only way to 100% confirm is a scan. But I can feel something quite round below my right ribs and then something in my pelvis, don’t know if it’s feet or legs. Feels like the back might be along my stomach, like belly button area

I think im 10dpo and i feel I can see a very faint line. Can anyone see this too or is my eyes playing tricks on me? I feel when I move the test I can see it, then some moments I can’t and then it’s back. I’m not sure if it’s my eyes just wanting to see a line? Another photo in comments
