Oh boy, this pregnancy is different to my first. My first didn't seem to change my body at all, for a long time. This tiny one, is making me nauseous, bloated, exhausted, I can't sleep and I keep getting hot flushes.
How are you all doing?

Hey! Iām 9 weeks 6 days! Just did a blood test today to find out the gender. I was told it could take up to 7 business days. I was wondering if anyone got theirs early? Or 7 business days exact? Also how far along were u when u tested for the gender via blood?

Hii. Iām nearly 6 weeks and Iām definitely feeling the exhaustion bad.
Before getting pregnant I was pretty active. Not gym 3x per week type active, just here and there with the boyf when I could be bothered, couple Pilates, LBT, body conditioning classes here and there, running, lots of walking.
But now Iām so exhausted I am taking a different commute where Iām much more guaranteed a seat (havenāt ordered a bby on board badge yet, itās just so awkward asking anyone to give their seat when they too may have a whole host of ailments for which they need the seat themselves). Iām managing 10-30 mins yoga several times pw if I havenāt fallen asleep super early after work.
Everyoneās telling me to continue weight training, but Iām so (probably irrationally) scared something will happen and Iāll lose the baby if I do any weights. Is this unfounded?
I also donāt want to have to announce in the classes that Iām pregnant as itās so early, but I donāt want to do the class without the instructor knowing. I also donāt like going to the gym on my own especially during peak times and I cbb to go when my partner goes.
What are your thoughts? Xx
