Nighttime sleep

What is everyone’s sleep looking like at night at the moment? My little man is 7 weeks Saturday and his longest stretch of actual sleep overnight is around 4 hours, although including the time awake he’ll go 5.5 between feeds in that instance. He’s a big boy and gaining weight happily so I’m not worried, just curious how everyone else is doing (other than being shattered 😅)

My boy was 6 weeks yesterday. The longest he’s slept in one stint is 4 hours. He’s up every 2 hours for a feed😅 I’ve tried moving him up an ounce to see if he sleeps for longer but he never finishes it😂 sleep deprived is an understatement 🤪 x x x

My girl is 6 weeks and is bf on demand so some nights we're up every 45 mins, other nights its every 3hrs 😭 think the longest she's done is 4hrs overnight and that was a one off occurrence 😂

My baby is 8 weeks today and we’re very hit and miss, last night we had a rough night and he was up every 2 hours for a feed! However most nights recently he goes 4 hours and then after the first feed he wakes every 3 hours, once it gets to around 6am he’s up quite a few times on and off, he’s suffering with trapped wind though which is waking him a lot, looking forward to the day the stretches are longer and his tummy is settling 🙌🏻🙏🤞🏻😅

Mines 6 weeks on Monday and having 4-5 hour stretches in the night once he’s asleep . The problem I’m having is getting him to go down in the first place x

Mine is 7 weeks she’s having 5-6 hours sleep and then waking up every 3 hours during the day for a feed so she’s drinking plenty and still putting on weight, the other day she had 7 hours sleep even tried to wake her up didn’t happen changed nappy tried to dream feed nothing so I got to that stage now if she’s sleeping then I just leave her until she wants it

I’m still getting up 2-3 times a night also. We’re getting about 3 hours of sleep in between

Most nights she’ll do 6 hours from roughly 9pm then afterwards she’s up every 1-2 hours from 3:30ish until I give up and start the day about 6:30. Sometimes she’ll wake at 1:30 too but that seems to be phasing out thankfully. 7 weeks tomorrow :)

What do you do during your toddlers tantrums?

My little boy had what I would say was his first tantrum yesterday, and it was over putting his shoes and coat on (i’m sure they’ll be many more to come) but i just continued to put his coat and shoes on an getting his brother ready through the kicking screaming and crying. Is that okay? As soon as we got outside he was fine

10 week old

Hi my little boy is 10 weeks old on Sunday and he’s exclusively breastfed but over the last week he’s been favouring my right breast and not really taking my left too well. I didn’t breastfeed my first son so this is all new to me. Can baby have a favourite side to feed on, thanks for any advice

Post partum bleeding

Hello I was just wondering how long everyone bled for after vaginal delivery?? I am almost 3 weeks post partum and I am still bleeding. It's gotten lighter but it's still there.

Anyone else on the night shift? 😴

Lying on the sofa with one of my girlies asleep on my chest after feeding. She’s 6 weeks and is being so fussy at the moment, crying a lot, so I don’t dare move while she’s settled 😅
