We’re 4/5 weeks in to the four month sleep regression and I am EXHAUSTED. does anyone have any tips that have worked on how to get through this? I don’t see an end on sight and I’m shattered.

Hey! I started using Little Ones app before the 4 month marker to try set up a routine to help me through, and I THINK it is helping?!

When does the 4 month regression start?

I'm currently knee deep in this regression.. we are awake every hour throughout the night. We also have trapped wind and teething to contribute to it.
This is worse for him and me than the newborn days were. We are both just constantly tired.
Had a lush routine before and would wake maybe once for a feed.. now its killing me.. just hold on!! Apparently its gets better 🤣🤣
My little boy had what I would say was his first tantrum yesterday, and it was over putting his shoes and coat on (i’m sure they’ll be many more to come) but i just continued to put his coat and shoes on an getting his brother ready through the kicking screaming and crying. Is that okay? As soon as we got outside he was fine

What is everyone’s sleep looking like at night at the moment? My little man is 7 weeks Saturday and his longest stretch of actual sleep overnight is around 4 hours, although including the time awake he’ll go 5.5 between feeds in that instance. He’s a big boy and gaining weight happily so I’m not worried, just curious how everyone else is doing (other than being shattered 😅)

Hi my little boy is 10 weeks old on Sunday and he’s exclusively breastfed but over the last week he’s been favouring my right breast and not really taking my left too well. I didn’t breastfeed my first son so this is all new to me. Can baby have a favourite side to feed on, thanks for any advice

Lying on the sofa with one of my girlies asleep on my chest after feeding. She’s 6 weeks and is being so fussy at the moment, crying a lot, so I don’t dare move while she’s settled 😅
