I have been back and forth my whole life with physio and been told about pgp by one of the physio doctors the other week. What is the best thing to do as i am in absolute agony (with a high pain tolerance) i am struggling walking now i am 29 weeks pregnant, it hurts so much to sleep paracetamol doesnt touch the pain and i hate taking painkillers anyway but thats how i know something isnt right. I am looking at starting little swimming exercises to see if that helps but other than wearing my belt or the sling thing they gave me for bump and taking paracetamol what else can i do. I do also have a yoga ball that i have been using but its unbearable pain now and i am concerned

I had it for both pregnancies. By the seventh month of the second one, I was using a walker like a little old lady. And wish I would have done sooner was to have a mayo facial release. It literally took my pain from a constant seven, more when I actually tried to move to a 3.

My physio sent me to the gp to get cocodomal she then sent me to MAU where they gave me codine , today is the 3rd time I’ve took it in a week and a half and it has helped so much having that break from the pain for afew hours it’s like it’s rest my body for a couple or days , I also got given crutches by physio on Friday wich I was adamant I wasn’t going to use until today and it helped so much I was shocked .
Highly recommend seeing if you can get codine I hate taking pain killers also but one every few days isnt too bad x
Had a 4D scan today and it was amazing! This is my 4th baby and I can honestly say it still amazes me! His efw is 1lb 12oz 😳🙈 and his head is very comfortable in my ribs whilst I get kicked repeatedly in my vagina 🤣

For moms who have had both a 4th degree tear and a C-section? which experience was better? For the birth itself & recovery. I am traumatized after my 4th degree tear but still want more kids in the future. I’m still hurting 7 weeks PP and I don’t even want to chance another severe tear and have been thinking about a planned C-section for future births.
I’m a FTM and had pre-eclampsia and had to be induced and my body was just fighting the induction the whole time. I pushed for 5 hours just to end in a forceps delivery and 4th degree tear🤦🏼♀️

I contacted the doctors on Friday and they sent a self-referral link Friday afternoon which I completed. I'm still waiting for a call.
