Can you still get a negative pregnancy test around 2 weeks from conception?
Okay so I got a coil swap 2 weeks ago. From the mirena to the Kyleena. So this was a Tuesday just over 2 weeks ago. But without any judgement when the nurse asked me have I had any unprotected sex in the last 7 days I said no but I did on the Saturday night. But I assume this wouldn’t be of any pregnancy risk because it was a straight swap over in the same appointment. She took the old coil out and put the new one straight in. But then with this new one she told me to use condoms for 7 days? But then another nurse told me it would be immediate protection if it was a straight swap over so I didn’t use any protection. We had sex every day. But fast forward to today my boobs are so sore and nipples are so sensitive. I rung the clinic and they said this is odd considering the mirena coil has way more hormones in it than the new one I have (the Kyleena). I have done multiple pregnancy tests including a digital one and they are all negative. But it would only be about 2 weeks from conception. Today I have really light pink spotting aswell. Wasn’t I protected and no risk of pregnancy if it was a straight swap over?

I had negative test at almost 4 weeks! I have endo so just assumed my period is delayed for whatever other reason but then at 6 weeks I’ve done the test again and you can imagine my shock.. :)
I think it’s unlikely for me because I had a coil swap over I think
I think it all takes time for the how ever the coil works to take effect in your system so just cause it's a swap doesn't mean it was working well enough to cover and sperm lives up to a week inside us so it could be a possibility especially when birth control isn't even 100% either. Could you go to the office abs see if they could check your out? Or go to the er abs see?
I think it would very much depend on the coil difference and how long the hormonal changes would take.
Sperm can live inside us for 5-7 days so if they remove the coil and you’ve recently had sex there could be sperm there.
Then depending on how the new coil works, there could be a temporary window where you’re not protected while the new hormones kick in. Either way I would say it’s a low risk but not 0

Pregnancy test getting lighter
At 5 weeks 5 days I took a pregnancy test the postive line was more faint I then was brought in and they took a blood test my hcg levels were 60,788 I’m 7 weeks now and my tests are still faint is this normal?

Photo taken just after I turned it around after three minutes. Not sure if it’s just an evap line though. Or in am actually going crazy and there’s nothing there ??

negative tests
hi guys!! we're currently trying for our second child. and i'm now 12 days late for my period, but i've also been getting negative tests. any ideas on what is going on?

Question!!!
I took a First Response test on Monday night, and there was a very faint line. Then, on Tuesday morning, I took another First Response test, and there was another faint line. Today, Thursday, I bought a Clearblue test and took it, but it came back negative.
The test in the picture is the first “1 First Response” test I took. What do you guys think?
