Do you believe that if your child looks put together - hair done , clean face , fresh clothes etc that they get better treatment than a kid in a mismatched outfit , crazy hair and messy face

Better treatment from who ? I personally wouldn't examine a child's outfit to determine how I would treat them.

Absolutely! My kids have been absolutely unruly twice in stores. Once they’re in matching dresses super cute and the other was after the park when we were all a little mucky looking and it was a VERY different experience

100% - everyone does, not just kids

Grieving advice

Hi ladies.. I am just looking for advice from anyone who has tried anything before as my GP hasn’t been very helpful. I’ve also reached out to the postnatal team and still waiting to hear despite chasing up.

I lost my dad when I was 35 weeks pregnant with my second daughter. She is now 4 months and while I am coping very well considering the heartache I am going through, I still feel I need to speak with a professional who may be able to help me process things better than I am currently.

Thank you x

Night feeds

Hi I need help

my 4 almost 5 month old is feeding so much at night- 4 times last night. She is combi fed, she doesn’t have many bottled tho, only 1 a day and she only had around 70mls. She feeds often in the day every 2hrs ish. I’m not sure what I can do to stretch out the feeds in the day or night. I’m so tired of waking up so often now. Last night she fed 12:00qm, 1.30am, 3.30 am and 5.30 it’s killer I try and soothe her other ways but it doesn’t work.

Daytime naps

What are we using for daytime naps for our little ones? She is currently 3 months and has been having her day time naps in pram bassinet but I don't want to do that anymore.

Upstairs she has a next to me, so just after something comfortable for her to sleep in downstairs and nicely matches the living room aesthetics 😂

Breastfed night sleep routines

Breastfed babies who are sleeping 6+ hours at night, what are your routines? What time do you put them down? When do they wake up?

Colostrum collecting

When the time comes to start collecting colostrum in a couple weeks, how is everyone doing it??? All the tips and advice welcome please!

This is my second baby but with my first I couldn’t do it all! Just couldn’t work out how to do it / get it in the syringes, even though I did go on to breastfeed with a good supply. I have already started leaking a bit this pregnancy.

I have ordered some 1ml syringes but nothing else yet.
