Bath and milk at 8:30-9pm. Next feed would be around 2am then next would be around 7am. She sleep long stretches.

I found that less day sleep in better, so I aim for 3.5 hour day sleep max and put her down around 7 or sometimes 8 she sleeps at least 5 hours but most days 6.5hrs and I have had 2 over 8.5 hour straight! I would suggest using Google chat so help, put ur babies wakeup time and they will tell you nap night and wake windows, really helped me last 3 days

i’m with jas on this one my lo is fed at 8 and 11 and sleeps until 7am i tell chat gpt to make daily charts of feeds, nappies wake windows etc i let her nap during the day but only for 4 hours so she doesn’t get her days and nights mixed :)

My boy is EBF, I track on huckleberry and try keep his wake windows to around 1hr 45 although he sometimes goes a bit longer. We do a mix of feeding to sleep and him falling asleep by himself. He tends to sleep from 9pm ish through till 5/6am, takes a feed then goes back to sleep till about half 8ish usually. There’s no tips or tricks really other than keeping him well fed in the day x

These all sound dreamy!
My little lad used to do 3-4 hours at the start of the night and then wake every 2 hours…
Since regression hit he wakes every hour. We are starting to get some 2 hour stints back though… so fingers crossed we are heading in the right direction.
He is a very distracted feeder at the moment so I have been feeding to sleep nap times and feeding as soon as he wakes up as well to max the daytime calories.
I also cap naps to 3.5 hours a day.
My little boy had what I would say was his first tantrum yesterday, and it was over putting his shoes and coat on (i’m sure they’ll be many more to come) but i just continued to put his coat and shoes on an getting his brother ready through the kicking screaming and crying. Is that okay? As soon as we got outside he was fine

Hi ladies.. I am just looking for advice from anyone who has tried anything before as my GP hasn’t been very helpful. I’ve also reached out to the postnatal team and still waiting to hear despite chasing up.
I lost my dad when I was 35 weeks pregnant with my second daughter. She is now 4 months and while I am coping very well considering the heartache I am going through, I still feel I need to speak with a professional who may be able to help me process things better than I am currently.
Thank you x

My 9 week old does not stop moving his head from side to side when I’m trying to put him to sleep. Sometimes he’ll rest face down on my chest. Hes super tired and has been fed but he is constantly fidgeting. I’ve tried burping him but nothing. I keep him upright after feeds but even then he is always moving. It’s as though he can’t get comfy! Anyone’s LO do the same? I just don’t get it

What are we using for daytime naps for our little ones? She is currently 3 months and has been having her day time naps in pram bassinet but I don't want to do that anymore.
Upstairs she has a next to me, so just after something comfortable for her to sleep in downstairs and nicely matches the living room aesthetics 😂

We've been using child's farm but just wondering what everyone else is using & why?
I've read this one is good but it's also really yellow and stains everything even if we let it dry before getting her dressed
