Stretch and sweep
I had my first stretch and sweep in this pregnancy as I’m exactly 40 weeks today! I was told I’m 1-2cm dilated but my cervix is still a bit high/thickened.
I’m hoping as this is my second pregnancy the membrane sweep will work but did anyone else experience this and did they go into labour?

I’m keen to know more about it! Was it painful? Like a vagina examination when your In Labour? I’m 39+2. With second baby.
I really want to avoid one but I feel at 40 weeks there’s not much other option?
The prostaglandins in sperm is supposed to soften the cervix if your body is ready which sounds like it is so could be worth giving sex ago? X

6W6D no heartbeat with a haemorrhage
After the worst week of my life, we went for a rescan yesterday… haemorrhage in the sac, baby has grown from 3.3 to 4.2 in 4 days. Measured me at 6 weeks and 6 days but no heartbeat was seen. I have another scan on the 7th… is there a possibility baby will be okay and heartbeat will be seen? This next week is going to be hell😭

Natural labour
Can you recommend what people have done that seemed to work to try to induce labour naturally?
Been eating dates, drinking raspberry leaf tea, using my ball, curb walking (when it wasn't torrential rain)

Incomplete Scan
I’m 22 weeks pregnant and I’ve just got home from my second ‘20 week scan’. It will be marked as incomplete because, due to baby’s position, they couldn’t see the right side of the heart. All other checks were completely normal.
I won’t be offered another scan or be referred to foetal medicine. Has this happened to anyone else?
I really wanted some closure but I’m also pleased that everything they did see was fine.

Anyone got crazy pressure down there?
Baby is pushing sooo hard it feels like he’s going to break out. Also trying not to wee myself

Second babies
Has anyone had their second babies fast, and how did it go/ how is it going?
My little one who is my first is only 11 weeks old and my partner really begs to have another one quickly so they are similar in age. Not like next week but within the next year!
