So I do have OCD. I was pushing the pram along the pavement the other day and noticed a used pepette of something with the toxic symbol all over it. I couldn’t be sure whether or not the pram wheels went over it so I gave them a quick wipe with a dettol wipe and put the pram back in the boot of the car like normal. Thing is I’m now spiralling over it and think everythings contaminated . After some advice on what you would do and also why on earth is it ok for people to drop these where kids may be walking etc . Appreciate this may sound strange just after some advice

Hey I am a CBT therapist. CBT is an evidence based theory model for OCD.Was it a therapist who said you were struggling with OCD symptoms? Have you ever received any treatment for your OCD? If yes, can you think what you could do in this situation with what you learnt from your therapy?
If not, you said you already cleaned the wheels with an antibacterial wipe. What makes you think everything is now contaminated. Is it you thinking this, or is it your OCD telling you that?
You asking the question here seems like reassurance seeking which is a very common coping mechanism people with OCD symptoms use.
Feel free to message if you have any questions 😊
What age did you transition your babies from sleep bags to a duvet and pillow?

It’s incredibly difficult to stay awake while breastfeeding the baby at night. Sometimes I fall asleep with him on my chest and it’s so dangerous. I don’t know how to avoid it but I also have to keep him on my chest after feeds due to reflux.

What’s the earliest time you would start the day when baby wakes?

Ok, something I have never thought I’d have to post and ask. But idk what to do. I get exploration is normal at this age, (just turned 2 a month ago) and at first it was digging in his diaper. But then at bath he keeps sticking his fingers in his butt hole, and not just a little. I caught him the other day about to try to put a toy in there. I continue to tell him that is ouchy and can get sick or hurt as he obviously still sticks his hands in his mouth as well. I also tell him that he can play with his toes or belly button instead but he just ignores me. I’m worried he is going to hurt himself among other things.
Anyone else’s child did/does this? Will he just stop one day? Any solutions? I’m at a loss here 🫠

I fear I was being far too smug as my LO was only having 30 min naps in the day and I thought we weren’t hit too hard by the regression…. The last 2 nights she’s been waking what feels every 45mins/1hour upset and won’t settle unless she’s breastfed. This is haaaarddddcore!! Any advice/tips please! 🙏
For those of you who seem to be coming out the other side of it how long did the awful nights last 😅🤞🏼

Any Kendamil mums here? Please help 😩
Has anyone else recently been having trouble getting Kendamil formula to dissolve properly?
No matter how carefully I prepare it, I’m still seeing quite a lot of undissolved particles/residue in the bottle. I’ve contacted Kendamil and they’ve reassured me that it’s normal and safe, but I’d really love to hear from other mums actually using it.
Is yours dissolving completely, or are you noticing the same thing with the newer tins/batches?
Please tell me I’m not the only one because I feel like I’m going crazy over this milk 😭😂
