Heartbroken 💔

I need advice please. So my little girl is off to school.
And I've slowly been realising more and more that I think I might be a one and done mama.
And my heart is breaking. I knew being a mama was never going to be easy but I never expected it to be this hard. I have always wanted a big family. Thought I was going to be the big hands on mum but my mental health got bad and then worse and have been on anti depressants since my daughter was born.
My heart and soul is screaming at me to have more children. But my mental health... especially during my luteal phase cannot cope.
I dont know if I want advice or just someone to talk to about all of this.

Honestly I knew I wanted more kids but at one point in time I thought it was meant for me to be one and done. Especially after she started school. That’s hard to navigate sometimes. But now here I am w/ a 7 year old in 2nd grade and twin 10month olds. It is hard but it is so rewarding too. Everyone has a different timeline and different mom experiences. But give yourself some grace and if you need to chat more just message me :)

Thankyou, I think im also terrified of getting PPD again. I dont have a support network like i used to since moving away 2 years ago. I just dont see how its going to work right now if ever.

I went through the same thing. I had my first child at 16 and went through a lot mentally being her only parent, though I did have my mom. I didn't want to have anymore kids especially at such a young age. 12 years later I now have twin boys as well. My significant other has 4 children as well from a previous relationship. I'm grateful I waited so long now I have the big family I always wanted. Sometimes it's just the timing, everybody's timing is different.

I always wanted two kids, but I know my limits and I’d be a shit mum if I had another.

🥲 I feel for you mama. Your self awareness is such a strength and is inspiring! Don’t doubt yourself! You are on the right track.

Pram Help

My baby has just turned three months and has started to get more aware of what around them, and sometimes when I take them out in the pram they are wide awake and looking around, I use the flat basket at the moment but I started on really quick trips that last no longer than 10 minutes use the cat seat so they can look around, well with the pram I got the seat section but as my baby can't sit up and can only hold their head a tiny bit during tummy time, what do I do?
Photo shows the pram I have.

Nappy Deals

Just to let people know who don't know, Morrisons has a deal on Pampers nappies, I got the 50 pack of size 1 for £3 from £8. Also Tesco does a deal on Pampers if you get click and collect or delivery, I think, photo below. I also got the Pampers app which is worthwhile. I just thought I let people know to help save money because it does get expensive.

Post partum sex

Hey, I’m just wondering how long it was until people felt ready to have sex again after giving birth? Preferably would like to hear from people who gave birth vaginally and possibly people who tore as well. I feel like I’m ready but I’m scared it’ll hurt because of my scar… (in no way is my man pressuring me at all, this is all me😂)

Dummy Advice!

My little man (almost 4 weeks old) uses me like a dummy! Sometimes I think he gets mad there is milk coming out of my boobs 😂 because he just wants to soothe! Desperately trying to get him to take a dummy but he hates them all! Any advice/ recommendations would be really appreciated! ❤️

Free NB and size 1 diapers (Milly Moon) and free formula (Similac ready to feed and Kendamil) for any new moms or soon to be new moms.

Hello! My new born is growing quickly and grew out of his NB and size 1 diapers. I would prefer to give it to a mother in need or soon to be mother in need than throw out or take it back to target so they can toss it.

Some diapers are out of the box but unused obviously, and the formula my baby needed but his tummy worked better with Bobbie Formula so we have a bunch of Kendamil I bought before he came and a bunch of Ready to Feed Similac.

I live in Chino, CA. If you're interested in it I am willing to give it to a fellow mommy or soon to be mommy.
