How do we feel about communal changing rooms at swimming baths? We took my son to a lovely little local pool, the staff were amazing with him and he loved every second but the changing rooms really put me off. Men and women are separated but there’s no privacy and it’s a tiny room? I think this is a deal breaker but my husband says i’m being a bit dramatic- he’s not the one taking him though!

Sorry. I'm not understanding. Are you talking about a space where ladies change together in a room?

I think this is very common

It's always been like this in a lot of places.

That’s pretty standard in most centres I’ve been to.
I’m curious about real life experiences rather than just the official recommendations! How old was your baby when you first let them watch something, and how much did you allow?
Any regrets about starting too early or wishing you’d started sooner? Has anyone noticed anything surprising, either positive or negative, that went against what you’d been told about screen time?
No judgement at all, just genuinely curious about everyone’s experiences! ❤️

I love my daughter more than anything. I would do absolutely anything for her, and I know this is just a hard day… but fuck, I hate this.
I just cannot get a minute to myself.
The ONLY time she stops crying is when she’s breastfeeding. Half the time she’s not even feeding - she’s just using me as a pacifier. Ironically, she won’t actually take a pacifier. Formula gives her the shits and makes her belly grumble, so I can’t even have someone else take over a feed and give me a break.
My partner is at work. “Why don’t you ask your mum to come over and help?”
Help how? She won’t stop crying for her. I don’t need someone to do my washing or make me a cup of tea. I just want to be able to put a dummy in her mouth or put her down in her bed and have ten fcking minutes where nobody needs me.
I miss having adult conversations. I miss seeing my friends. I miss doing my skincare. I miss being able to brush my teeth without thinking, “I need to get to sleep RIGHT NOW before she wakes up again.”
I miss having a moment where my body and my time feel like they belong to me.
I love her so, so much. I know this stage won’t last forever. I know there will be easier days.
But today is fucking hard.
I’ve never felt so broken

I’m wanting to buy a momcozy breast pump which is £160 on Amazon. Are there any other trustworthy sites that anyone was able to purchase them from for a little bit cheaper? Just thought I’d ask before buying them off Amazon. Thank you! 😊

LO is turning 2 and has got out her sleeping sack every night for 4 weeks. We have bought a 120cmx100cm breathable duvet. The cot is 120x60cm
Would anyone implement this with 40cm extra duvet width with cot sides up? She isnt ready for sides to be down yet

So I’ve been friends with this girl for more than 10 years. Long story short she never asked how I was during pregnancy not even a message, despite me organising a meet up to tell her. She also didn’t come to my baby shower as she had food poisoning. She did congratulate me when I announced the birth but after that no message to say how I am or when she can see the baby. Because I felt upset I messaged her to say when she would like to come and I was abit upset she never messaged. But she literally blanked my message left me on read!! She still views my stories and we follow each other. But since that day no communication at all. Shall I just block her and move on. I find this so heartbreaking and rude am I wrong to feel upset.

How much is everyone’s baby eating? Age, amount and how frequent?
My little boy is 7 weeks old and he has anything between 70ml-120ml every 2 hours! I always worry that the 70ml is too little but he’s gaining beautifully. Was 7lbs 10 at birth and is now 11lbs 8😬
