Can anyone help me please. I had a c section 5 weeks ago tomorrow. I started driving Sunday and doing a bit more and I think iv done too much. The right side of my incision is so painful to touch. It's still scabby in places and it feels like it's pulling. My mum is coming to help me today but my partner has been on nights the past 3 nights is IV had to do it all alone so no real way I can just lay down.
Will I have pulled my insides? I feel like IV gone back so far I spent all night crying

I still get tugging pain and sensitivity on the scar sometimes nearly 5 months on and my scar was scabbed for a good 10/11 weeks.
Your insides should be pretty sealed by that point unless you’ve had any healing issues with your incision.
Everyone is different but I was back doing pretty much normal activities from 3 days post section and no reopening etc. If it feels too much then go a little slower x

take it as slow as you can for a few days, but youre most likely fine! Its very normal to get some pain and tenderness/tightness back around 4-6 weeks. Its not a set back, healing just isnt linear unfortunately

I got pain about this point when hadn't had any previously. My baby was 11lb 13 born so I had no choice but to be lifting a lump straight off the bat 🤣 youre likely fine just make sure it isn't leaking anything and if in doubt just call the GP ☺️
Had consistent contractions for the last 11 hours, lost my mucus plug and went to the maternity hosp, was having contractions every 1.5 mins when I arrived there yet was only 1cm so got sent home. Baby is sunny side up. I can no longer bare the pain. I don’t know what to do, some of the contractions are so painful I want to phone 999. I can’t do this any longer. I can’t sleep through them, I can’t breathe through them. I’m struggling so so bad

I’m curious about the bowling ball feeling between the legs that I’ve heard people talk about 😅 is this ALWAYS the case? Because I don’t have this feeling so does that mean I’m defo not going into labour soon? I’m week 39 and I’m just wondering if I can just chill out and expect nothing until I feel that feeling 😂
(She’s low down in my pelvis and in the correct position though etc so I have no worries there 😊)

Been having contractions since Sunday evening, started and stopped then started again this evening and so much more intense this time, getting really hard to cope with at home but don’t seem to have a pattern yet. Some 5 mins apart some 2 mins. Squeezing my birth comb, squatting at the side of the bed and rocking, trying to breathe through them but it’s getting tough. When do I phone the hospital??? My MIL has a 30-40 min drive to get here to watch my first born then we’re a 30 min drive to the hospital 😭

For two nights now in a row I’ve had bad pelvic pain and sciatica in my legs alongside period like cramping. Last night in particular the pain was much worse than the night before and made me feel sick. Woke up this morning and the period like pains are still there, this is a first usually if I have an episode like this in the past I sleep and wake up pain free. Also 3 nights ago had a false labour episode at night but that went after I slept it off. Anyone else experience or is experiencing this? I’m 38+5 💀

How do I naturally induce my labor/what is the best way to do so?
