Measuring behind

I was supposed to be 12w1d and had my scan today and showing as 10w4d. This has thrown me off completely. Has anyone had this? I’m due to be rescanned in two weeks.

I’ve not had this personally but have heard it’s quite common. Did you track ovulation and test hcg consistently before your positive test? If your ovulation was slightly off or implantation took slightly longer (both completely normal), this can push out timelines around. Baby’s can also just grow at slightly different rates. Assuming you didn’t have a scan before the “12 week” one?

What I’d definitely focus on is what you did see 💕 a wriggly little baby with a strong heartbeat is the biggest indicator that baby is doing great in there!

I was measuring behind based on my LMP for a few weeks and but have caught up now. I was told that even a mm difference can throw times off by days and it’s very common so try not to worry and like Amy said, try and focus on what you did see💕

I had this! I was put back a week and a half, it totally threw me off and felt like i was redoing weeks i’d already done in my head. I also Had to have my bloods redone for screening results etc. They said it was quite common but i totallt feel how it throws you! Don’t worry, you’ll get to the milestone soon 🤎

Reduced movements during flu/cold?

Today i found out if you have the flu or a cold you feel really under the weather and just want to lie down and rest - our babies do the same thing, their movements may be reduced because they are reserving energy, didn’t know this before but it puts my mind at ease as i had the worst flu over the past week at 37 weeks and baby girl was quite quiet ❤️🥰

4 month old

Hiya all!

I’m new to the app, I was just wondering how your 17 week old babies are getting on with rolling?

My daughters rolling from her back to her belly one side but won’t roll the other way just yet xxx

He's here 🩵

Born some time after 3pm (I think 😭), weighing 9lbs. Rough C-section though, had to do spinal twice, threw up, they had to make a new incision and cut through muscle and finally they had to get rid of some scar tissue. They did need a vacuum to get him out

Low PAPP-A advice

I’ve just had a call from my midwife following from my 12 week scan on Wednesday saying I have low PAPP-A and have been advised to take aspirin every night, she didn’t seemed too concerned but I obviously have been googling everything and have sent myself down a hole.. anyone else had PAPP-A and everything was ok? My scan was on the 47th percentile at 12 weeks.
Any advice or reassurance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Positive story with foley balloon?

Had the foley balloon fitted last night at 2100 after 4 attempts and 2 different midwives as although my cervix was soft apparently it was very closed but the end she managed to force it to 0.5cm. Since then I’ve had irregular contractions although some quite painful and close together for a few hours that I had to get some pain relief, have also lost my bloody show. What’s the odds I’m gonna be dilated enough to break my waters after the 18 hours?
