First period since baby

I’ve got my first period back already and the bleeding is so heavy. This happened with my first but I just want to see if this has happened to anyone else too?

Pregnancy and anxiety

Has anyone else noticed a heightening of general anxiety since becoming pregnant? Feeling like I’ve started to loose my mind since becoming pregnant. I suffer from really bad sickness and still at 20 weeks I’m dependent on anti sickness meds. Don’t know if that’s playing a part but wondered if anyone else is feeling a little crazy? 😅😂 xx
