Bad Mom Alert!

Don’t get me wrong I love my baby and love the snuggles. However, I think I’m a bad mom, because I’m looking forward to not being in newborn stage anymore. Idk how moms stay home with their babies for 2 months without going stir crazy. I’m sure there is a lot I’ll miss about newborn life. Does this make me a bad mom?

I think that’s completely normal. You’re not a bad mom, you’re just human.

No if it does then I’m a bad mom too because I hate the newborn stage don’t get me wrong I love my son and he’s so precious and there’s nothing like it but staying up all night is awful and takes alot out of us

Are you able to get out of the house? Cause ya staying in the house so much especially with your hormones shifting and doing something completely new will get in your head. As a mom of 3 kids that are just turned 3, just turned 1, and newborn, getting out of the house is what saves me but more so running errands lol

I’m loving newborn stage. But that doesn’t mean that I don’t feel that I will be crazy soon lol! Do small things for you here and there to make you connect with yourself back again

This is why I refuse to have a baby between October-March and why I keep my childcare while I'm on maternity leave so I can enjoy the time off! My husband and I have had more dates the past 4 weeks than we had the past 9 months (even if it's just going to lunch and Costco).

Newborn stage is rough especially if you're a FTM... Its a new life and the cluster feeds, the sleepless nights... its hard to see the bright side sometimes..

I have a toddler on top of my newborn and its so hard and overwhelming sometimes, but what I do to help me through it rn is that every morning before anyone else wakes up, I put my newborn in a carrier, go get a coffee from next door, and take a walk around the block for fresh air and sunshine (most days) and the walking puts him to sleep so I get baby cuddles

Might be pregnant - could I have a natural birth?

Im 22m pp and I think i might be pregnant. I know they give u an 18m grace period for it to be safe to get pregnant but my question is, can I still have a natural birth or will I be a high risk pregnancy?

Will they push me to go c section?

I haven't been massaging my scar that much or regularly. Will that affect it?

I'm asking you mums because who else is better than chatGPT (i refuse to even touch ai).

anything else i should be wary about..

Also I havent checked yet because I want to wait as long as possible before I find out. I dont want others inc husband to know yet but I know that if I find out then I can't keep it in and have to twll him

Just did my 6 week postpartum. 2 hour glucose

I’m waiting to get my results for the 2 hour test and my A1c. I was doing well with diet controlled. I’m back to working out and working on losing weight but my fasting today was 100. What was your fasting glucose!
