hey mamas, did anyone take lexapro while pregnant? my psychiatrist who works with preg women says it’s high studied and safe but then the pharmacist said there may be a small risk and it also says that on the medication info bag (im starting now in 3rd trimester with twins)

i was also on lexapro when i was pregnant! i stopped taking it cold turkey because i took too long to wean off them when i entered my third trimester. it was honestly an easy transition from 20mg to 0 emotionally as i was too physically drained from being hella pregnant. the decision is yours! twin pregnancy carries a whole other list of potential complications than a single pregnancy so totally up to your discretion! whatever you feel is best for you and your babies! sending over love and luck🫶

I took 20 mgs before and throughout my pregnancy and baby is perfectly fine! I’m still on the 20 mgs and I think that has helped with my post partum.
I was so depressed during pregnancy and they said I could up my dose but I never did and just rode out the depression and anxiety.

I think the pharmacist like has to say the warning for some reason? Mine said the same to me abt medication that my dr told me was safe for pregnancy. I was on 50mg my entire pregnancy and my baby is 11 weeks old now - no complications at all

So there’s an app that I use for any and all medicines. It was only $4.99 for the year and it’s amazing! It’s for pregnancy and breastfeeding moms! It’s called mommed

Bad Mom Alert!

Don’t get me wrong I love my baby and love the snuggles. However, I think I’m a bad mom, because I’m looking forward to not being in newborn stage anymore. Idk how moms stay home with their babies for 2 months without going stir crazy. I’m sure there is a lot I’ll miss about newborn life. Does this make me a bad mom?

Might be pregnant - could I have a natural birth?

Im 22m pp and I think i might be pregnant. I know they give u an 18m grace period for it to be safe to get pregnant but my question is, can I still have a natural birth or will I be a high risk pregnancy?

Will they push me to go c section?

I haven't been massaging my scar that much or regularly. Will that affect it?

I'm asking you mums because who else is better than chatGPT (i refuse to even touch ai).

anything else i should be wary about..

Also I havent checked yet because I want to wait as long as possible before I find out. I dont want others inc husband to know yet but I know that if I find out then I can't keep it in and have to twll him

Just did my 6 week postpartum. 2 hour glucose

I’m waiting to get my results for the 2 hour test and my A1c. I was doing well with diet controlled. I’m back to working out and working on losing weight but my fasting today was 100. What was your fasting glucose!
