Second Baby
For any Mum’s on here who had babies in January 2025, and are now either pregnant or have had second babies, when did you/how did you know the time was ‘right’? Since my son has turned 19 months I feel something has changed in me and I feel more open to it!

My second was unplanned and I was a bit worried about how it would work out but it’s been wonderful! So there was no ‘right’ time!
Due December 26 had my first December 24 there is no right time I don’t think I’m just thinking get them similar ages they’ll eventually play together which will be nice
I’m one and done, but I could definitely see myself starting to try for a second now if I wanted to. Baby is understanding and communicating more. I feel like she’d want to help and would understand a new baby more now than she would have done in the past. She’s curious but careful and generally listens to what I tell her
I am questioning it too. We are moving in the new year so we are waiting to settle first but hopefully by March/April. If we weren’t planning on moving we would probably start trying now. My little one would love a sibling!
My daughter is 20 months and im due in 2 weeks. I did want to wait till june however i ovulated late didnt think much of it and here we are😅 first trimester GREAT! Barely any sickness however because she was much smaller it meant i could rest a lot more however now shes very energetic and i struggle to rest as much but we’re making it through!! I cant wait x

How is everyone feeling?
I’m feeling so short of breath and knackered now! 😅 I don’t really look forward to going to sleep anymore because I know I’ll be uncomfortable. But near the end, I’m just ready for her to come out now. I still have another 4 weeks!

Gtt test
Anyone who’s had a gtt test, when did you get your results back?
I had mine Wednesday just gone and said they’ll call if I’m positive, or if I’m negative it’ll be in my nhs app. Told me that if I haven’t heard back by next Wednesday then to call them, but I go on holiday that Wednesday. I know chances are if I haven’t heard anything by then I’m more than likely negative
I remember with my last pregnancy I had to call for the results but I also don’t think they told me to wait a week to call ?

Placenta Previa
Does anyone else have or have had placenta previa? 🥺
If you had it during your pregnancy, did it eventually move out of the way, or did you end up needing a C-section?
I’m currently 29 weeks and 3 days, and unfortunately, mine still hasn’t moved. My doctor said I may end up needing a C-section, and honestly, I’m really scared. 😭 I’m really hoping it moves before delivery because having a C-section is something I’m very afraid of.
I would love to hear from other moms who have been through this. Did your placenta move later in pregnancy? 💕

Glucose test
So I just drank the orange flavor for the glucose test, if anyone is worried, it does taste like a flat liquid icy pop but so sweet😵💫😩. I almost thought I wasn’t going to make the 5 mins but I pushed through. I haven’t heard of anyone try the fruit punch flavor so I don’t know if that one is better or not. I just hope I pass this test cause I really don’t want to do that again for 3hrs😅🥴

she is taking FOREVER
i feel like ive been pregnant for 15 years omg... ive heard so many people enjoy their pregnancy and want to get pregnant again immediately after but i feel like its taking so long!!! im ready for her to be out!!!!
