Gtt test
Anyone who’s had a gtt test, when did you get your results back?
I had mine Wednesday just gone and said they’ll call if I’m positive, or if I’m negative it’ll be in my nhs app. Told me that if I haven’t heard back by next Wednesday then to call them, but I go on holiday that Wednesday. I know chances are if I haven’t heard anything by then I’m more than likely negative
I remember with my last pregnancy I had to call for the results but I also don’t think they told me to wait a week to call ?

I've just had a call today and I'm positive. I had my test last Friday morning and I had a call today at 3pm. I'm being seen for an appointment at 11 on Tuesday, so it's quite a quick turnaround. I figured I was negative because it had been a week, but apparently not.
I was told id get a call within 2 days if positive. If I didnt hear after 2 days to check my app as its more than likely negative. Sure enough, no phone call and a negative result
I was positive and had a call the next day, but nothing on my NHS app.
I heard back same day, but was told it could have been two - three..
I was called with my positive result 24 hours later. I was told if I didn't hear back, it was normal
They told me I’d hear within a couple of days and if I didn’t I didn’t have it. Had my test on the Wednesday and they called me Friday evening with a positive result

How is everyone feeling?
I’m feeling so short of breath and knackered now! 😅 I don’t really look forward to going to sleep anymore because I know I’ll be uncomfortable. But near the end, I’m just ready for her to come out now. I still have another 4 weeks!

Placenta Previa
Does anyone else have or have had placenta previa? 🥺
If you had it during your pregnancy, did it eventually move out of the way, or did you end up needing a C-section?
I’m currently 29 weeks and 3 days, and unfortunately, mine still hasn’t moved. My doctor said I may end up needing a C-section, and honestly, I’m really scared. 😭 I’m really hoping it moves before delivery because having a C-section is something I’m very afraid of.
I would love to hear from other moms who have been through this. Did your placenta move later in pregnancy? 💕

Second Baby
For any Mum’s on here who had babies in January 2025, and are now either pregnant or have had second babies, when did you/how did you know the time was ‘right’? Since my son has turned 19 months I feel something has changed in me and I feel more open to it!

Glucose test
So I just drank the orange flavor for the glucose test, if anyone is worried, it does taste like a flat liquid icy pop but so sweet😵💫😩. I almost thought I wasn’t going to make the 5 mins but I pushed through. I haven’t heard of anyone try the fruit punch flavor so I don’t know if that one is better or not. I just hope I pass this test cause I really don’t want to do that again for 3hrs😅🥴

she is taking FOREVER
i feel like ive been pregnant for 15 years omg... ive heard so many people enjoy their pregnancy and want to get pregnant again immediately after but i feel like its taking so long!!! im ready for her to be out!!!!
