I had to pump and dump for 2+ weeks while taking antibiotics/hospitalized.
Now my baby refuses to take the breast and only takes the bottle even tho she nursed for 2+months. She doesnāt even latch or suckle. Just completely rejects the breast so itās not the flow.
I ordered some nipple shields and will see if its that helps. And Iām going to start offering the breast more often. But she screams and cries every time.
This is mostly a heartbreaking vent š I really enjoyed nursing and the way she use to look at me while nursing.

I consistently tried (while crying/sobbing) every time baby cried. I would try for 5min, then let them have bottle bc then I felt bad.
But next cry, I tried again. Persistently, all day. It took 3 or 4 days, and they were back on boob exclusively. So if you want both, i would find a balance where i pick which meals or time of day will be for bottle.
Hi mums, I'm thinking of using mounjaro and wanted to ask where people were getting theirs from? There's so many online pharmacys and intro offers etc. Im a bit lost. TIA xx

Iām exclusively breastfeeding and since birth my 8 week old is constantly feeding. She wonāt settle unless sheās on me. She wonāt take to a bottle for dad to feed her and she wonāt take to a dummy. Is anyone elseās baba like this? Any advise would be appreciated! š«¶š½

My 3 year old started last week and only wants to watch TV when she comes home. Iāve been letting her because itās a big transition and sheās too tired out to do much else but I feel like sheās not getting much of a chance to calm down before bedtime!
Need some suggestions for a good after school routine ā”Ģ

Iām really struggling with how I feel about feeding at the moment and Iād really appreciate hearing from other mums who have been in a similar position. ā¤ļø
My little girl is 10 weeks old and Iāve been breastfeeding alongside formula top-ups since she was three weeks old due to advice from the paediatricians about her low birth weight. Iāve worked really hard at breastfeeding ā feeding her, pumping, trying to increase my supply and constantly worrying about whether sheās getting enough. Itās now been confirmed that I have a genuinely low milk supply. The healthcare professional thinks that I may simply have a lower milk-producing capacity, and that there isnāt really anything I could have done differently to change that.
Logically, I know that this is not my fault and that I havenāt failed my baby. But emotionally, Iām finding it really difficult. Iāve spent the last couple of days doing lots of crying and feeling like Iāve somehow failed at something that I desperately wanted to do for her.
Iāve been advised that I could continue breastfeeding and topping her up, but honestly Iām finding the whole feeding/pumping/top-up cycle really difficult and Iām not sure itās sustainable for me long-term. Part of me thinks I might actually be happier and less stressed if I switched fully to formula.
But my anxiety is making that decision incredibly difficult. I keep having thoughts like āwhat if I stop breastfeeding and something bad happens to her?ā and specifically worrying about SIDS. I know logically that formula-fed babies are safe and that there are lots of other things that reduce the risk of SIDS, but my anxiety keeps telling me that if I stop breastfeeding, Iām somehow putting her at risk.
I think Iām looking for reassurance from mums who have either had low supply, combination fed, or decided to stop breastfeeding earlier than they originally planned.
Did anyone else feel this huge amount of guilt when they stopped? Did switching to formula make feeding and your mental health easier? And if you breastfed for a few weeks/months and then stopped, did you find it easier to come to terms with?
Iām not looking for judgement either way ā I just feel really lost at the moment and would love to hear some honest experiences from other mums who have been through it. ā¤ļø

Has anyone declined the Mmrv for their 1 year old? If so, why? Would just like to see peopleās view points who are against these vaccines. This isnāt a debate just interested if many have the same view as myself.

Hey lovelies, just after some advice, I know that babies shouldnāt sleep on their tummy or on their side as it can cause SIDS but my two week old loves sleeping on her side no matter how many times we put her on her back she always rolls over and is happy laid like thatā¦. Anyone elseās babies been like this and been okay? Constantly turning her over and I feel awful because sheās so comfy but the anxiety kills me but I feel like as long as Iām watching her she will be okay? Whatās everyoneās thought on this?
