I'm 10 weeks and utterly miserable. I am so exhausted that I can't do anything I'd normally do - running, gym, hiking, gardening, seeing friends. Even had to take time off work. I'm basically stuck in the house most days. Nothing is enjoyable any more because it's such a massive effort so I just end up lying down and staring at the tv. It's so lonely and incredibly boring.
Please someone tell me it's likely to get better soon

Lots of people say it gets better in second trimester. i’m holding on hope to that because i feel like pure ass as well🥲

I’ve just got through the first, it does get a little better with the sickness side but the fatigue still hits heavy if im honest. I hope it improves for you both. Just seem to be more achy and headachy in this second phase but hoping it improves soon, along with the achne!

I'm feeling the exact same way. I feel like human interaction would help, but I feel so unwell that I'm unmotivated to go anywhere 😭 praying for better days ahead!!

I’m almost 12 weeks with my second and currently suffering with extreme nausea and my god, I am exhausted. I’ve struggled a lot too, but I promise it gets easier. Hang on in there. If you can manage a short walk outside the house, that helps 😊

I'm also 10 weeks. Just like yourself, I felt utterly miserable and depressed at the beginning - for the first 8 weeks at least. Just like yourself, I have struggled to find motivation to do the things I'd normally do, or to eat anything nourishing. I mostly doom scrolled for hours on the sofa.
What seemed to 'fix' me was movement. Think it helped to manage the hormonal changes and help my digestion. Walking, dancing, stretching. I went on a hike and felt sooo good after, like I was myself again. Finding motivation was hard, but once I pushed through it all got better.
Now that placenta is taking over most work, I feel like I am myself again. I know everyone is different and timelines + symptoms will vary depending on the individual and this is just my experience.
I hope gentle movement and hanging in there until your body adapts will get you through this difficult stage 🤞
Anybody else get intrusive thoughts to become pregnant again? It’s only been 4.5 months….

I have my glucose tolerance test on Tuesday and I’m dreading it due to the horror stories I’ve seen. Does anyone have any neutral/positive experiences? Or can explain what happens?

Pregnant with my second. I think only 4 weeks I’m not 100% sure when I ovulated. Anyway, life is a bit hectic atm so would love to buddy up with someone else who would be due around the same time!♥️
