Also I’ll put it out there after Christmas I don’t particularly want to be spending £250+ on a birthday party! 😂

Our local gymnastic is £13.50 per child food included.
The most we spent was £300 at a venue with food and we could invite the whole class if we wanted. It was Roblox themed. That said last year we did it at home and it was tshirt decorating and they designed their own party bags which probably once you included food is close to £200. Done soft play at our local leisure centre which was about £150 but we did food and we were left to it.
I think it’s probably about average.

Id say it's about the going rate for parties! I work at a leisure centre and our bouncy castle party is £295 and doesn't include food. I'm doing a party for my daughter's 4th and hiring a hall with a small bouncy castle was working out at £180-£200 and that's without food / decorations either.

I think Gymnastics parties could be more expensive in general as coaches are paid more than standard party hosts, but I'd say £250 is reasonable - and food could be done cheaply if you plan it right... Done lunch boxes for each child or a limited buffet x

Birthday parties are sooo expensive! But this one does not sound too bad, as an entertainer costs around the same price plus you might need to pay for a hall, if you don't want to have it at your house ...

I'd do an individual packed lunch for each. Sandwich, crisps, cheese, fruit, biscuits and then maybe just sweet cones instead of party bags?
I ordered the plastic cones off shein and got boxes of sweets from Costco and spent an hour filling them up, it was oddly satisfying...

£275 for 15 kids , 1.5 hour exclusive hire of soft play, food provided and they run it all

I think it's expensive and I might look to do something else HOWEVER I had a 1st and 2nd birthday party at my house and never again 🤣
