Hi all, my 18-week-old baby is EBF and used to be a really good sleeper, but since hitting 3 months, he’s been waking almost every hour for the last 6 weeks. Usually, the boob is the only thing that settles him back down!
Has anyone used professional help or tried any of the many sleep-training courses out there? Did they work? Is my LO too young for sleep training?
Any advice would be hugely appreciated. I’m absolutely exhausted!

Sorry but this is just biologically normal.
Cosleeping will help you sleep more.

My pediatrician said to wait with sleep training until 4 months. She suggested if the weight is okay to slowly shift the calories into the day time to reduce tons of feeding at night. You might have also reached the 4 month sleep regression early. Ours started mid 3rd month as well.

18 weeks old is very very early to be considering any form of ‘sleep training’. trust me i completely understand the want to do it and the exhaustion, my daughter is 19 months and still never slept through, but it is biologically normal and important. as mentioned, cosleeping will allow for a better night sleep for you, just make sure that you research thoroughly and do it safely. just then be aware that getting out of the habit is very difficult for a lot of people! myself included as i currently sleep on a mattress in my daughters room so she’ll sleep in her cot🤦🏼♀️🤣. do what feels right for you, but at 18 weeks he isn’t aware enough to understand training as such and you may just make life harder for yourself pushing it so hard until he’s more ready. i’d start slowly introducing more time without feeds, if he wakes for a feed attempt to calm him without for a while first as he may settle down without. try to increase his feeds throughout the day too so he is less hungry xx
Just want to get everyone's opinions on jabs for their babies. I would never personally attack someone for their decision but I find whenever I post about this topic I always get personally attacked for having a different perspective. For reference, we as a family don't have them through personal choice, and children are thriving and hardly ever get sick!

Am I the only one covered in mosquitoes bites? I lived in London for many years and never had that many bites before. Now it’s looks just as bad as when I used to live in a tropical country.
Are there any effective mosquito repellents I can buy in the Uk?

Is anyone else the other side of the 4 month regression? Looking for some light at the end of the tunnel! I genuinely don’t know how much more I can take hourly/45 minutes waking and my partner works 13 hour days and no family to come over so I can rest at all :( my LO also has terrible reflux which makes settling him to bed a long process too. I feel so sad and exhausted all the time and just want to run away!
