If she didn’t consult you on why she’s buying it, which one she’s buying to make sure you approve that it is a safe one, and whether you’ve had a conversation about her potentially watching your child if you want her to then no it’s not normal.

She should’ve communicated to you about the car seat as I see this as a safety thing, but apart from that I think it’s a nice gesture that she wants to be involved and making an effort.
So I don’t think it’s weird but next time if she buys something that involves safety (car seats, cribs, pillows etc etc) then talk to her to say you’d pick the item and she buys it. ☺️
Was wondering if anyone has used these and if they’re worth it? They’re around £25 a bottle but are meant to good?

I know routines are hard at this age but does anyone have somewhat of a structure to their day with their LO? I. E when does LO nap and for how long and when do they go to sleep.
My LO is a bad sleeper with multiple wake ups during the night. I’m really deliberating whether it’s because of the naps he’s having during the day. I usually allow him to have one long contact nap in the morning (to make sure he’s not groggy for the rest of the day) his other naps are usually short and I put him down for them. I also like to hold him for his last nap so he’s not overtired and I can put him down for bedtime easier. He falls asleep anywhere between 7-8:30pm depending on how the day has gone.
Any tips / advice would be v helpful!

Unfortunately don't have a photo but has anyone else had colostrum that is a dark greeny brown/olive colour? Is that normal/ok?
I didn't collect colostrum with my first so I don't know if it was the same last time

Just came across a tiktok where moms were arguing what age a kid should stop using a stroller. This excludes kids with special needs.
What do you think?
