Yes the minimum vitamins recommend is vitamin D and folic acid until 12 weeks. Boots do both in one tablet cheap. But there are also so many prenatal multivitamin options, I like the bassetts gummy pregnancy + as they're chewy not huge

I am taking one called “active folic” - its literally the active form of folate, it’s better absorbed than the standard versions.

Look at Zita west their range is amazing xx

Pregnacare includes all you need along with some other goodies for growing a healthy baby and mama. This is my second time around and this time my midwife has offered a multivitamin if I want it.

I was recommended pregnacare by my doctor x

Cytoplan Pregna-plan. It has folate in, not folic acid. Some people have genetic variants affecting the MTHFR enzyme, which can make conversion of folic acid somewhat less efficient. Folate supplements such as 5-MTHF (methylfolate) are already in a form that can enter the folate cycle more directly xx

Proceive Trimester 1 includes the Folic acid you need and other pre-natal supplements. Pregnacare made me feel ill. It's on offer at Holland & Barratt - 3 for 2.
Finding it super difficult to make mum friends at the moment! My little boy is nearly 10 months and I haven’t succeeded in anything more than a few messages or if I talk to people in person at a baby class, it’s just a quick small-talk convo and it never goes anywhere! Feeling a bit deflated because I’d love to have a small group of like minded mums to chat to as none of my friends are in the same stage of life as me ❤️
Sorry to sound mopey, just feeling a bit lonely!

So not someone he knew before he met you, just a new person that he met through work, hobbies, mutual friends or whatever, and became friends with.
Assuming the new friendship is the same as his existing friendships, and the ONLY difference is that the new friend is a female
