Tips and trick appreciated.
Idk what to do. I’m going crazy here at home because the fruit flies are just too much. Almost don’t even wanna be here that’s how much it’s bothering me.
I live in a rural area, apartment and the end unit.
I just got done cleaning my house. Sat down on the couch and noticed them all over my balcony window inside. I’m just disgusted, my son does in come therapy and I’m expecting them on Tuesday and I’m trying really hard to get them killed by then.
I feel like they are coming in the drains and the balcony door even tho it’s closed .
I have little glass mason jars like salt shakers with apple cider vinegar and a little dawn dish soap. I’ve gotten a lot so far. Cleaned out my cabinets. Threw all fruits away, and poured boiling water down every drain. I’m not sure if I’m ocd or something but dude this is too much.
If you have any tips on how to get rid of them that I haven’t tried let me know.

Omg im dealing with them too!! I hate them so much!! I do the boiling water down drains but they still come back. Basically im just commenting in solidarity and if anyone has tips too 😅 hopefully you can get rid of them by then! The only thing i can think of is maybe sticky traps?
Put Clingfilm over the top of the pots and poke holes with a cocktail stick, they’ll be able to get in but not back out
Hoover them up & make sure to wash All fruits & veggies, especially bananas. If you have any indoors plants put them outside.
