If you can't get in touch with the HV and you have concerns, go see his GP. I had to do this when my 2021 daughter was 18 months old as she wasn't walking or talking. The GP referred us to children's additional needs services and from there my daughter went on to be diagnosed with a global development delay and Autism. I'm not in any way saying that that's what I think could be happening with your son, but I would definitely recommend getting things checked out earlier. Once you know if there is an issue it can be easier to get ahead of it and get your son help/interventions 😊 Good luck! There’s a free UK speech therapy line you can contact and a speech therapist will go over your concerns, give you feedback and advice. I did it for my son as he only has about 25 words and NHS says milestones would be 50-200 by now. They told me actually around this age there’s huge variation and they only start to consider if there’s an issue by about 2 and a half or 3. They’ll ask about how they respond to you speaking and various other things, I found it super helpful
