Night time routine

Routine 🤔🤦🏼‍♀️😂 just started tonight and failed miserably 😂 put him up at 8:30(first night in his own room) ..... He was back downstairs playing until half nine when he finally stuck his thumb in and started looking sleepy!! He has always only had a maximum of 20 minutes sleep during the day, tending to catnap for ten minutes instead. I'm just winging it 😂 xx

😂😂😂😂 not a clue how I get through the days to be honest!! He's good as gold though(apart from zero nighttime routine which is totally my fault!!) xx

When my baby was 7m:
Wake up 7am, nap 9am, wake up 10:30am, nap 12/12:30pm, wake up 2pm, may cat nap around 4/4:30. No naps after 5. Night time routine starts 6:30pm (bath with soap or without 15/20 minutes, lotion, pjs, room dark for bottle, after bottle family story time, kiss goodnight, in crib lights out at 7pm. No night feeds. I follow it religiously and baby always ready for bed at 6:30, she knows her schedule

My son is up around 7 or 8am, takes a nap around 10am until like 12ish, nap at 2 or 3pm usually about an hr maybe, nap at 6pm until like 6:30. Bath around 8pm after dinner. Bedtime is at 10pm sometimes 9ish if he's tired. His schedule isn't strict but these are the times he normally gets sleepy so he's sort of scheduled himself.

We both have lots of appointments during the day so I normally schedule them around 2pm so he can get a good nap in beforehand.

Yes to 3rd time nap, and hubby said he kinda came up with his own schedule-as in Baby did while mom had late nights working. Monday and Tuesdays I work 12-9, and W-F it’s 8-5. My parents watch him watch him while we’re working and my mom tries to get him down for an afternoon nap around 1ish. Sometimes it varies it seems. His later nap is usually around 4-6 whenever he’s tired and it’s usually a quick mini one. Like 20-30 minutes. He also often has a morning nap, time varies.
