My baby is 3 months old and EBF. For the past little while whenever I offer her the boob she will push it away, turn her whole body away, and grimace like it disgusts her. Even when I can tell she’s really hungry, she refuses to eat.
I can only get her to feed when she’s extremely drowsy. This is making feeding really stressful. Despite this she is gaining weight well but it’s taking a lot of effort on my part.
Has anyone else dealt with this and how did you get through it?

I’ve experienced exactly this soooo many times and I find it sooooo stressful. I’ve tried everything and what’s worked recently is rocking and feeding and my 3 month EBF calms down and feeds. This has worked for my friend too btw
I really hope this phase finishes soon because I have a 2.5 year old toddler too🥺

Currently in the same situation with my 3 month old. Figured I need to pat her bum and shushhh her for a bit then she settles

Google the '3 month breastfeeding crisis'. Its actually really normal but no one tells you about it. So many bf mums give up at this point. It does get better! Keep going, you're doing great i promise (from a bf mum of 4)x

Walking to another room and sitting somewhere else to feed is the best strategy I have for settling my baby when he does this.

If let down is really fast on that side then it can really put them off- sometimes I need to express some milk first or pump so that she will latch on, hope this helps!
Moms, I'm desperate. My 14 week old baby boy has been waking every hour the past three nights and I just offer him the boob to go back to sleep. What else can I do at this age instead of just offering him the boob ?! Im afraid he now thinks he needs it every time to fall asleep and he isn't hungry. I need to sleep ...

What does everyone think of swaddles and which ones do you rate?

Anyone else's babies not settling after last night feed, my little one usually wakes around 4am and I can't get him to settle back. I do it all with dim lights and white noise; I don't interact. Any advise?

I'm planning on breastfeeding baby (if all goes to plan), and due in January. I've got a couple of the free bottles from the Emma's Diary bags, but should I buy more before baby gets here, just in case? Should I also get a pump etc? Or am I safe to just wait to see if everything goes to plan and buy last-minute if I need to?
I will pump at some point I'm sure so that it will be easier for me to have small trips out (hairdresser etc) without having to worry about feeding so much, but I don't want to for the first couple of months really.

My boy is nearly 11 weeks old now. When he stays at his nans apparently he’s only waking for 2 feeds during the night. When he’s at home with me, he’s still waking every 2 hours. I’ve recently upped his milk to 5oz but it hasn’t made a difference.
