Right now they don’t know the difference between day and night so I wouldn’t start a bedtime routine yet. With both of mine we introduced a loose routine at about 3-4 months.

I think we were late for a bed time routine haha. We didn’t start one until the 4m sleep regression hit. He would just go to bed whenever we went to bed in the beginning. So like 10:30-11pm lol.

Like, 4/5 months? It was easier just to go with the flow for us as they’re still so up and down, you can risk getting fixated on whether you had a ‘good’ bedtime etc whereas that isn’t really a thing so early on.
When we did introduce one it was bath, bottle with story, cuddle to sleep.

Lol this is good to know as I have a 6 week old and I was getting stressed that I haven't done a bedtime routine yet

With our first we didn't until he was like a year, maybe even later.

I do a bedtime routine from the day we get home from hospital as a mum of 5 I thrive off routine and so do my boys x
My little boy is a horrific sleeper, he’s almost 9 months old, EBF, and has been waking every hour since 3 months. He’s fine with his naps, but his night time sleep is so bad. We started cosleeping for survival around 3.5- 4 months, but he doesn’t even sleep much better that way than he does in his room anymore. We have tried absolutely everything and I’m currently trying to anchor his morning wake up time and really space out his naps etc but I just want someone to tell me if this has ever actually gotten better! I have so many people give suggestions, but I’m not really after advice, I just want someone who had a baby with similar sleeping habits to tell me that it eventually gets better!

I'm planning on breastfeeding baby (if all goes to plan), and due in January. I've got a couple of the free bottles from the Emma's Diary bags, but should I buy more before baby gets here, just in case? Should I also get a pump etc? Or am I safe to just wait to see if everything goes to plan and buy last-minute if I need to?
I will pump at some point I'm sure so that it will be easier for me to have small trips out (hairdresser etc) without having to worry about feeding so much, but I don't want to for the first couple of months really.

Can anyone recommend one that isn’t that horrible crispy and crunchy material?

When did your little ones move from the bassinet pram attachment into the next stage? We have a Joie Signature, the next stage is the ‘stroller’ seat but it can be reclined so the baby is still lying down.

Last night my daughter (5 years old) suddenly grabbed the side of her head, squeezed her eyes shut and said it hurt inside her head. It lasted about five seconds and then she was completely normal. When I asked her about it, she said this sometimes happens. She said sometimes she feels pain in her head. This is the first time I’ve seen this happen. I can’t stop thinking about it. I did message her pediatrician waiting on a response
