I swear on everything I’ve had two contractions in the past hour and 10 minutes, which are not close together at all, but I know for a fact they were real contractions lol
Which kind of freaks me out because like it could be absolutely nothing or they could start to pick up-
Kind of panicking cause I’m supposed to move this weekend

Don't panic. I was taught in birthing class braxton hicks are random and often go away when you lie down, go walking, drink plenty of water etc. There is no rhythm to braxton hicks.
However true contractions get closer together, and if you have 4 or more in an hour, you need to call the hospital for advice or just go in. Same with having pain, any bleeding, or leaking of fluids. When you next feel one, the nurse teaching us also taught us to press a finger or 2 into the belly to see if it's as hard as when you press your forehead, that's a true contraction. If it's still as wiggly as the tip of pressing into your nose, it's probably just baby moving dramatically in there.
You've got this! If your intuition is telling you to get checked out, do so.

Yeah they’re post likely Braxton hicks they can become more intense as you get further along. And you can be in prodromal labor for weeks or months before actual labor.

So it would appear it was time for our little girl to make her appearance on the 1st October at 2205, only a week early but perfectly healthy and happy now home in the comfort of my own bed to recover ❤️

Hi all; I’m due to have a C section at RUH Bath in 2 weeks and my husband is very worried about scrubs fitting - he is approx 4XL. Any tips especially from RUh but other hospitals helpful, thanks.

Obviously I know it’s whenever I feel ready but I had an episiotomy and a 3rd degree tear so when am I okay to even try anything, not even the full thing?

My son is nearly 5 months old and he’s not showing any signs of even the slightest bit of being interested in rolling over. I practice with him all the time. I’m an anxious mum and I just worry he’s behind on his milestones😩
